I love this bike! I’m 5’3” and it fits me fine and isn’t too heavy. Rides great, very speedy & powerful so I don’t get above 2 on pedal assist or it ZOOMS! Only issue is the charging port won’t stay sealed. I emailed service and they immediately responded with “we will send a new one out”. I haven’t received it yet so we shall see. This is my first experience with an e-bike and I am totally impressed! The quality was evident from when I first opened the box. The engineering is first class. Every part fits perfectly. The design is thoughtful, with many small details included. Assembly instructions are clear and complete. The operating instructions are thorough and easy to understand. I called customer service when I had two questions and it was a surprisingly good experience - my call was answered by a knowledgeable person who answered my questions easily. Regarding the bike operation, I am very happy with this bike. Mostly I ride off road and use the bike for hunting. It has plenty of power for rough or hilly places. Speed is not important to me, but on pavement 25 mph is easy to achieve and is not the maximum possible. The dual suspension system is very comfortable on rough roads. The battery life seems more than adequate for my needs. After 25 miles on a full charge, I got the first indication the charge had dropped, and I am riding with the accelerator only, not peddling. I would guess a battery charge will last at least 50 miles without peddling. The walk assist mode works surprisingly well - you don’t have to walk at a set speed, assistance is gives at whatever speed you choose to walk. I like the step through design, which makes it easier to mount and dismount. The brakes are not hydraulic, so it takes a bit longer to stop, but that’s not hard to get used to. Overall I am totally happy with this bike and don’t know what I would change about it. ... show more

I am very excited about this Electric Bike. This is not my first however, this Aipas M1 is my favorite. It was relatively easy to assemble, just attach the handle bars, mount the front wheel, attach the headlight, fenders, and plug in the rear light. I had assistance and it took about an hour. It is heavy but well balanced, takes bumps with ease…I have ridden it on dirt and rough terrain, have not tried paved trails yet. So far it is great, I would recommend it. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE!! This bike is a very poor quality bicycle.. The front forks are leaking oil after one ride and from the get-go they were completely defective, They bind under compression and do not work properly. There is no shock absorption whatsoever. And the rear brake which is a cable actuated disc brake just like the front brake does not work very well at all. You have to squeeze for your dear life on the lever to get it to even slow down.... Trying to work with the company for a solution but they just want to send me more junk parts that I have to install my myself so I'm just going to send it back for a full refund most likely... The defective rear brake caused my wife to crash and get injured... Complete waste of money.... Buy something else don't buy this China made junk.. update, company never provided return shipping label, now I'm stuck with this POS... ... show more

Great shipping and packing was well done. The bike manual was very helpful and easy to use. Lenox is very responsive to answer questions. Bike is big and beautiful, smooth ride and fast. The battery seems strong and bike handles like a dream. The only thing I had to do was adjust the front brake from disk rubbing which was easy. It is well liked on YT.
