Bought two. Everything is as advertised. Only had them a couple weeks. So far so good. Easy access to battery. Easy off easy on. Bought wide Aipas seats for both. I recommend this for comfort as I am older.

we got a bike and it had a broken lcd display, have been waiting over 30 days for a replacement part and yet we continue to wait, not happy that it has taken alot of time, this is actually for one bike out of 6 that we have purchased. not sure we will get the part...

Final update: The replacement e-bike arrived a couple of weeks after my last post. By the time we were able to assemble and test the bikes, riding season was pretty much over and we had to put them in storage. Also, I had to settle for a different color on the replacement, because the color I originally ordered was out of stock by shipping time (sigh). I’m just happy to have two working bikes now that seem to be well made and were fairly comfortable to ride (at least the one time we rode them… but time will tell). If you are in the market for an e-bike, I suggest weighing your options. There are many comparable products available… and truthfully, if I knew then what I know now, I would have made a different choice. 9/6/25 - Quick update: It has been a month and I am still without 1 of 2 bikes (ordered 8/5/25). Aipas shipped a replacement for the defective product on 8/26/25, but the package was never delivered and the shipping company is unable to locate it (last known whereabouts was in another state). This is frustrating to say the least, and the only reason I haven’t lowered my rating is because customer service has been in contact with me. Now if Aipas really wanted to make this right, they would overnight express ship me a new bike, and recoup the lost one directly from the shipping facility when they find it. I am hopeful for a happy ending to this story, but it’s up to Aipas to fix it. I’ll post a final update on how it all turns out. ————————————————————— We ordered 2 bikes. This review is based on one bike only. The other has not been opened. Pros: * Fast shipping * Inner contents were well protected * Bike is a nice color and seemingly made of good quality material Cons: * The outer package condition was poor (one box arrived fully open and damaged) * Multiple components of the bike were defective, preventing it from being fully assembled * Customer service was hard to reach by phone, but once we got a person, they referred us to the service center email * Email response times were 10 hours on average (we sent multiple messages before they responded to one), and feedback was minimal and vague * As a remedy, the company originally offered to send a replacement part that addressed only one of the issues. * 7 emails, 6 videos, and 9 pictures later, the company offered to send a replacement, but only after they receive and process the defective bike (…process?); and no ETA was provided on when the replacement will arrive. In short, we declined the original offer because it did not address all the issues with the bike. Instead, we asked for a “brand new replacement”, or to return both bikes for a full refund. The company chose to send a replacement, which we are fine with, but we want a new bike (not refurbished)… because that’s what we paid for. There is more to the story, and we will update this review in more detail with pics once the issue has been resolved. But we wanted to share our experience so far with other interested buyers to give them an idea of what to expect should they encounter any issues with the product. These bikes aren’t cheap, and right now we are out of both money and usable products. I really hope the company will make this right. ... show more
