This was so easy to set up that my 12-year-old son set it up all by himself. The cones are great for setting up drills, as is the ladder. We already had a lot of the items that come with this set that's been used by my kids over the years, but there are many things about this that make it better than all the things that we own. First, the size of the goals. Wow! Really impressed that they included good sized goals with this set! We have some, but they are super small and really only good for the toddler age set. These goals are 4x6 feet!! Second great thing is that there is a carrying case that fits everything, which in addition to the goals also includes the ball, the agility ladder thing, a pump, cones, and stakes for the goals. The only extremely minor thing that I have to say is that because so many things were packed into the box, the cones were a little bit warped squished in there, but honestly, who cares. They are plastic cones, and will straighten out with time, and if they don't, no big deal. Easy to set up, easy to pack up, and easy to transport to the park, a friends house, or wherever you want. These are good quality nets for the home user or the youth soccer team. It's strong enough to take a ball without moving and light enough to be portable. Set-up is much like putting up a tent. The frame pieces are detached but have the bungee rope running through them so it's easy to connect the next piece. You feed the whole thing through the yellow canvas and when it comes out the other end you put it in the corner angle piece. It was fairly easy except for the last connection into the angle. There's a lot of tension in the whole thing to keep it rigid so the net is pulling pretty hard on it as you're trying to connect. Definitely need a helper, and maybe two. In fact, it was hard enough that I really don't see myself putting this together and taking it apart regularly. I'm just going to leave it assembled. It can be moved around with two people carrying it to keep everything together. They wisely provided ground stakes, four per net, to keep it in place. Without them it would move quite a bit upon taking a hard shot. The whole thing seems pretty sturdy once assembled. The net and canvas border are thick and well-stitched. The poles, though not heavy, are about 1/4" thick, and metal, much like tent poles. In addition to the nets they also include 6 cones/dots, an agility ladder, a tiny soccer ball, a pump, and a bag to hold it all. I would have been happy if they left out all that additional stuff and charged less for just the nets, but I understand they want to make it a higher-priced and more valuable package. Anyone who is actually interested in soccer enough to spend this amount of money to buy nets probably already has several soccer balls, and may have already outgrown the size 3 ball they included.
