I bought this product for the LED temperature indicator. It works as intended only by a specific water flow (drip-free). The installation was challenging based on factors: short hoses (cold and hot), location of nuts and bolts under the sink, and the current configuration of the water lines. The hoses were short for our current water configuration. We thought it was an easy hose replacement, but Home Depot and Lowe's does not carry a water hose with this type of fitting that these hoses come with. I lost the stretch feature just to make the hose line connect. But, we can still rinse large pots even after losing the hose stretch. We ended up keeping this product as it took us so much effort to install and tighten this faucet under a deep sink. It is not the product that is not easy to install, but with other factors it made the installation difficult for someone like me who is inexperienced in plumbing, and short with planning (measuring of hose length, etc.). It may seem an easy replacement, but not until we decided to rip out our old leaky discontinued Delta faucet that the challenges come in. A plumber came to re-line the water to make the faucet work for us. We received many compliments from guests and family. They like the hose and the LED feature. They find it fancy.

Although we were a bit skeptical we bought this based upon all of the positive Amazon reviews. Although it's too early to know how it will hold up long term, our initial perception on the quality and aesthetics of this faucet is that it is a high quality faucet that rivals name brand products costing 4-5 times more. It looks beautiful, feels solid, and the water pressure is improved vs the American Standard it replaced. My wife loves it! The color change on water temperature does work but for us that's more of a gimmick rather than a needed feature. The install instructions are a little lacking, which is why I docked a star on "Easy To Install". In fairness it is easy to install if you know basic plumbing. It took me less than an hour to remove the existing single hole faucet and install this faucet in a granite countertop. The advice from prior reviewers to pre-install the braided water hoses onto to faucet taking note from the instruction drawing which is HOT and COLD before dropping in the faucet was a must for our install. Also, the accessories section of the instructions refer to an O-Ring, Rubber washer, Nut, and Screw Cap. However there is also a metal washer that's not listed but included and is depicted in a later illustration. I'll summarize the sequence below for anyone who'd like a little extra guidance, but to sum up we are really happy with this purchase and if it would have had a name brand on it we would have not thought twice about it costing a lot more. You may find the following install info useful. I'm going to use the part names and (numbers) provided in the instructions: 1. Insert the black O-Ring (2) into the groove on the bottom of the Faucet (1) 2. Hand tighten the HOT and Cold Hoses (6) onto the Faucet (1). Do your twisting/threading of each hose as close to the faucet base as possible. Note: the illustration in Step 4 of the instructions indicates which hole the HOT and COLD should be threaded to. 3. Drop the hoses through and thread the brass Nut (4) onto the Faucet base (1) The shorter thread section is towards the faucet. Hand tighten. 4. Carefully drop the faucet into place through the opening in your countertop or sink hole taking care to have the O-ring on the bottom of the faucet sit so that it is centered over the hole. I'd recommend you have someone else to hold the faucet in place at this point until the install is finished so it doesn't shift. 5. From underneath the sink first slip the clear Rubber Washer (3), followed by the brass Washer (no part #) onto the threaded brass Nut (4) and then screw on the Screw Cap (5) taking care not to over tighten it. Tighten the two set screws on the Screw Cap (5) but don't over tighten. Attach the braided hoses to your HOT and Cold water supply lines.

Love my faucet, love the way it looks in my home and the way it works. It makes clean up easy. I never liked doing dishes before but now its so easy. We purchased in June 2021. It was put in Oct 2021. The only issue we had was the light indicated went out early on. I would love to know how to replace it. Then after 1.5 years it started leaking water. Then we noticed the line that goes to nozzle was thinning and starting to bubble out. Finally, we spung a leak. It squirted all over my kitcken. The walls, ceiling and counters. I wrapped a rag around it then put tape around it but that is only keeping it somewhat together while hubby is out looking for a replacement I tried looking on their website for a replacement hose but couldnt find it. Maybe I just dont know where to look. I want to fix it. I personally dont want any other faucet. Truly I finally found one I love and that for the most part makes my life easier in the kitchen. If yall can lead me in the right direction I would very much appreciate it. If asked if I would buy it now knowing what issues it has, I would still purchase it. That to me says alot. Ive had the expensive faucets but they Dont Have the right look and don't perform like this one. I loved it when I found it, loved it when I received it, loved it when it was installed, loved it while working fantastic, loved it even when the lights went out and still love it while my husband is working on fixing it for me. You will love it too.....
