It's the perfect size for my nephew , who's a preteen, its also perfect for a beginner. Be sure to not make the mistake many people do and full the bag with nothing but sand, this should be filled with things that can weigh it down but not make it too heavy preventing you from being able to safely hook it up, things like cloth, and sawdust and maybe even rice. There is a heavy duty steel hanger, that rotates 360°, and is very simple to install. Over all seems durable so far, the zipper closer seems strong. The gloves seem pretty well made too, they have strong velcro around the wrist, and a good size foam padding in each. ... show more

I love this bag. We filled it with old clothes and hang at the center of a room. It has a lot of power to catch from us. The gloves are pretty good and solid and can fit all different hand sizes. This is a wonderful addition to my gym.
