All of my Bluetooth devices connected right away and all the features seem to work just fine. The screen is beautifully clear compared to my old phone. I love the pen touch and my drawing app makes it just like my computers art tablet. UPSIDE/INFO: - No scratches - No buttons that feel clunky - No dust or dirt on it - The sound and screen are clear, and even the lenses have no smudges or scratches - Truly unlocked and can work with most carriers - The reason to get the 1TB is that this phone can capture 8k footage, which will take a lot of space, even 4k. - This has no external Memory, so you can't just pop in an SD card to add more storage, so that is another reason I got the 1TB - Having a stylus is a plus for me and it's Bluetooth. Being able to scroll or wipe with the S Pen reduces smudges and allows for hands-free use. - The S pen feels brand new as well - You can do eSIM or use a physical SIM card. - Battery life is good, but it's also a learning curve to maximize your battery life. - Magnetic charge/ so you can charge it from the back of your phone or regularly with a cable. I'm a dedicated "Samsung-er" and have been using their products exclusively for the past 10 years. This S24 Ultra has more bells and whistles than I will ever use, but the S-Pen takes usability way beyond what I had ever expected. Just FYI, I had already ordered and received Z-Fold 6's for both myself and my wife, but was extremely disappointed with the form factor when I had it in my hand (too narrow in closed mode and too "clunky" in open mode). Sent I both the Z-Fold 6's back and ordered the S-24 Ultra (with 1TB memory). Best cell phone decision I have ever made. And here's the kicker - I bought it used through Amazon and saved myself about $1,000 versus buying new. There's not a mark on it - it looks like it just came from the factory! ... show more

Granted i do keep her in a very good case, but I've had other phones with better cases takin less of a fall and totally have broke. But this phone has the gorilla glass for the ultimate in screen protection, the phone has dozens of compatible cases, and with its ability to quick charge this phone can charge up in lighting speed. This phone is really big and heavy but considerng all that it does, it's more than worth it. It makes calls, doubles as a laptop, is a DSLR and video recorder of the highest caliber, a television, movie player, streaming device, a GPS receiver, a floorwax and a desert topping! You get my point. This seller sent exactly what they described and did it is reasoably quick fashion. My last Galaxy was 6 years old and this Galaxy will go for 7 years!
