I have try several other cooling pads and the AICHESON Laptop Cooling Pad is by far the best of them all. Quiet, lightweight, but sturdy, separate usb cord is a must for any cooling pad as in-wired usb cords easily get broken and the entire unit is useless.

Item works as it's suppose to. Plugged it into the USB port, rotated the little dial thingy on the back, lights came on with all 5 fans, moves air. It is lightweight, a plus for me. It is really quiet. Used it for a few days so far, that may change. For the price I expect with normal use it should last 18 months or so. I didn't know it when ordering but product has a manufacturer warranty with it. Only reason for marking 4 instead of 5 star- we picked this one over other models because of the next day delivery. I don't know and don't really care if it's amazon or the shipper, but did not arrive next day. Not a huge big deal, just mildly annoying. The product itself seems to work well enough. Admittedly I wasn't monitoring GPU temp prior to use, but it does move air, so that's all I was after. Would recommend

Lasted for about a month, then it went out. The company contacted me and told me I had a warranty on it so that it could be replaced, or I could receive a full refund. I would rather get it replaced because it is a very nice and helpful accessory for my laptop, and it does help keep the bottom cool. At first I gave it a 1 star, but because they reached out to me to make it right, and that it can be replaced, and it is a great accessory, I'll give it a 5 star.

I just happened to cross this thing on sale I don't remember what I paid to be honest. However the thing runs 24/7 it has been since the day that I got it. My laptop I use as a utility computer. So it's constantly tasking it doesn't get shut off for a month at a time or so. This thing keeps my little girl cool. It's been extremely reliable so far and I would definitely purchase another one.

The top right fan has some kind of alignment issue. When the pad is held upright it makes no noise, but when laid flat with the fan upwards and the stand in the stowed or propped up position that one fan makes a lot of noise like it is constantly hitting its plastic housing especially when the dial is turned up past 50% speed. Putting pressure on the underside of the housing seems to minimize that sound. The top screen seems to be held in place by metal tabs folded under the pad, may try to pry those so I can re-seat the fan as a last resort. Maybe a bad batch. My current solution: flip the entire thing on its backside so that the stand is facing up, and unusable for its ergonomics, and the fans are pointing down. Hopefully it works well enough to take the heat from my MSI GE75 17". At this price I'll make do. But be warned the build quality is about what you'd expect. [UPDATE 8/21/25] Was able to make the ergonomics work by securing a weight to the right-side of the pad. Increasing a star because it is providing overall lower temps despite that one flaw (monitoring and putting it through its paces during the BF6 beta and Helldivers 2) compared to not using the pad.
