I recommend this product
Color: Blue
I like how this pad has a usb in the back for either my phone or speaker. I just plug it into my laptop not worrying about a wall. Fits perfectly and firmly never dropping my laptop once. Plus adjustable and light weight to move around my house. Most importantly my laptop never has overheated.

Works really well
Color: Blue
I have a galaxy tab S8 ultra that I just got because it is powerful enough to run many applications on the screen at the same time. The problem is when you do this it overheats. So I ordered this to protect my considerable investment. When I first turned it on I thought for sure it was going to be an epic fail, the fans barely felt like they were blowing any air. Before I used this cooler my tablet was getting up to 41 or 42 degrees Celsius very quickly when running multiple apps at the same time. Before, I had to turn my screen off for a few minutes to let it cool down every 10 minutes. Using this I can run my tablet as hard as it can go and it doesn't go over 36 degrees which is great. It works so well that if I pick my tablet up in the middle of heavy use, the back of it is ice cold. I think the aluminum body contributes a lot to this. I also love that the cooling surface is metal so my tablet sticks to it magnetically. Nice and secure. The only downside to this cooler is the usb cord they give you. It's way too short. I thought no problem, I have a USB A to USB C cord, I'll just turn it around. Nope. Turns out those types of cords only charge in one direction. Only the new usb c to usb c cords can charge in both directions. So I had to order a $3 adapter so that I can use my existing long cords. Overall I am pretty impressed with how well this works for the price. Would buy again

Great customer service!
Color: Blue
UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered me a replacement. The replacement is much better! It's quiet and the cable works just fine. My complaint about the tabs still not being in an ideal location holds true. As does my complaint about the jagged metal on the underside. However I am over all happy with the replacement I was sent so I have changed my review from a 2/5 to a 4/5 for the product and a 5/5 for the customer service! If you have any issues with your cooling pad, I would recommend reaching out to them! I don’t love this cooling pad. The flaps that you can use to keep the laptop from sliding down when you have the pad angled up are too high. The area where my laptop needs the cooling the most is closer to the hinge and with the tabs up, the hinge is over the edge of the cooling pad. My laptop fits on the cooling rack just fine when the pad is flat. I addition to this, the cable that it came with isn’t great it doesn’t consistently work and gets hot. I had to swap the cable out. The fans are a bit too loud. Louder than other cooling pads I’ve used. My least favorite thing is the amount of times I’ve been cut by the metal pieces on the edges and bottom. The mesh like metal that makes up the top of the rack has MANY jagged edges around the edge (I included a photo) that are far too easy to slice your fingers on when you need to pick up/move the cooling rack. The point of a laptop is portability. The cooling pad isn’t very portable friendly.

Good Buy
Color: Blue
Surprisingly good. Keeps my laptop cool. Like the different levels that you can post it up on. Expected it to kick the bucket soon after I got it, (it's 8/11/25 got it on 7/19/25), but it's still going strong. One of the USB outlets don't work quite as well so had to switch to the other, and now it works great. Hoping it lasts, seems like it will. Good for the price. One thing I will say, and this might be obvious, but it needs air to produce air movement. If you put it on a comforter and don't let any extra air in, the the air it produces won't be as much.

Lights work; fans don't. So much for quality control.
Color: Blue
The lights turn on, but the fans don't work. There are six fans, and not one of them works. As a result, there are absolutely no cooling properties associated with this unit, beyond the fact that your laptop is raised about an inch and a half off your lap or desk. There really isn't much more to say, other than the fact that this is obviously made-in-China junk, a waste of money, and a huge annoyance, as I'll have to pack it up and take it in for a return.

Adjustable leg broke off
Color: Blue
I'm really sad to have to give this a low score. The cooling pad itself is wonderful. My laptop fits perfectly on it. Unfortunately, it turned out to not be very sturdy. The plastic "leg" that folds out to adjust the height broke under the weight of the laptop. I tried fixing it with a splint and duct tape. That worked for a short while, but eventually broke off completely. I'm still using it, but I have books under it to keep it angled.
