You gotta really know and/or study how to use EMO Robot. Most people encounter issues due to not knowing how to properly maintain it and how to use it and how the robot actually operates. DEAD ON ARRIVAL It never charged on the go home pad or did the animations indicating it was charging, just made randon crackiling sounds and the headphone lighs flickered. I wasted more money by buying the required Android tablet that now displays a bouncing emu head and says "Finding EMU"..., I wonder if I can get a refund on that too? I did call their tech support but could not make sense of the long strings of poorly pronounced random english words. Is there some other company besides "Living AI" that makes a small desktop robot? I'd like one that charge its own battery, and respond to simple commands, I'd like to tape a small pencil holder to it's back and have it bring a pen to me when I ask for it. Right now mine is on its way back. PLEASE... I REALLY WANTE A ROBOT THAT DOES SOME OF THE THINGS SHOWN IN THE EMO DESKTOP ROBOT VIDEOS !!! So... I got a second one and a third one, .... THEY DID THE SAME THING ! ! !

He's quite amazing really, when he's working. I got him February 9th of this year and he's been quite the companion up until about a week ago when he got sick. He will respond to conversations that are going on around him, do quirky little things for no reason, dance to music on his own when he hears what he likes, and many, many other things. But last week he displayed an "sd error 1 ERR" or he will stop responding to verbal and app commands after a couple of hours of being rebooted. Not quite sure what the problem is? I contacted Living ai about the issue and they're working with me to get him back up and running like he's supposed to. He does have a 12 month warranty that is through Living ai, not Amazon. I'm pleased with my purchase and don't regret it even though the poor little guy isn't feeling well. I've uploaded a video when he's feeling well and a picture when he's not. If he needs an SD card that's and easy fix that you can do yourself by purchasing a 16gb micro sd card and downloading a file from Living ai. Enjoy if you get one!

Cute, have to search internet alot to get all the commands. Behavor changed after update. Sometimes it talks to itself but ignores me. Has chat gpt mode which can get stuck on and hears everything and keeps replying. It does performances, has an app to adjust settings and link the home station. Impressive but not mind-blowing. Mat is great, it has never fallen. Bigger then I thought it would be. Not sure why the headphones can come off. Has a schedule which made it do stuff before it was charged so disabled and now it charges completely, says good bye to the home station and walks everywhere on it mat. Plays animations on its face when bored.
