I wanted to come back and write a new review because I just love this ice maker. It is a workhorse and I am very happy with it. Keep in mind this is not a cooler though it does keep it cool for a while, the ice does melt if you dont tend to it but it just keeps making more and more if you are emptying your bucket quickly. Perfect for my small home and doesn't take up much space, sits on top of the dryer :-)

UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!! Ice catcher is very shallow. When it's full it takes all to fill up my cup. I love the size it fits under my cabinets. The color is perfect. I'm adding to my original review This ice machine is really good for just one person maybe two definitely not a family if lots of ice is used. Right now it makes in good time.

There are a few things that I didn't understand about this ice maker when I got it, but I still very much enjoy it. It doesnt keep the ice frozen. It makes the ice, the ice slowly melts back into the reservoir where it remakes it into ice in a constant loop. This is going to show on my electric bill for sure it never stops running. That also means that the ice is always half melted and wet, and often in a clump unless you use it as fast as its making it. It holds a little more than a large tumblers worth of ice, so for the 2 of us its a good fit. The reservoir holds quite a bit of water we only have to fill it every other day or so. Had I known that it didn't keep the ice frozen if I'm being honest I wouldn't have bought it at this price but I do still like it a lot- the ice is good, it makes it fast, and I enjoy not having to refill ice trays.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE ** I never got my money back , they never fixed nor sent me a new one. The warranty listed in the description is bogus. Sent video, photos and am stuck with a broken machine. Not worth the money or the time wasted on all the month back and forth emails. They waste your time so the Amazon dispute expires. Purchased in Sept, thought it was great. As I do every year, I unplug everything and visit my son in Colorado. After two months away, I plug in my ice machine to find a loud noise and tiny see throw chips. The machine is not working as before so I cleaned it again but still no ice just little chips of melted mess. Even on large setting. Notified seller who had me make video and send video somewhere else, @ lucy Brown company, only to wait a week for the IT team to tell me to 'unplug machine wait 10 minutes and plug it back in'. 😂 What part of it has been unplugged and unused for months do they not understand. Still doesn't work. Trash it goes, warranty doesn't mean anything to this seller. I want a replacement and they can have this one to do their investigations as to why it doesn't work. 2023 Still never heard back from them after years of questions. Never got my money back nor a replacement.

My mom got this for my dad for Christmas because we're constantly buying ice. I was given the job of finding the right one, and this seemed to have some solid reviews and wasn't insanely priced so we took a chance on it. We got the red one because, honestly, it was the cheaper version of the three colors. It really is an awesome little machine! I was a little worried it couldn't keep up with our ice use but it actually does a great job. Plug it in and check it every once in awhile to remove the ice and it will build up a good supply in no time. It's pretty quiet, too. Taste-wise I guess depends on what you use. We're just using tap water but I haven't even noticed anything. Overall I would definitely recommend this machine. We've been using it a lot over the past month so we'll see how well it stands up to heavy use, but so far so good! UPDATE: it has now been 10 months since we got this machine and it has easily paid for itself. We used to use a lot of ice - A LOT OF ICE - and it has had zero problem keeping up with our demand. It's still running strong and we are extremely happy with it. In fact, I just ordered two more to give as Christmas presents this year and it's currently cheaper than what I paid last year. We seriously cannot be happier with this machine. UPDATE #2: On this day, April 18, 2024, the ice maker finally gave out. It was a trooper, running constantly every day producing tons of ice and always able to keep up with us. It originally cost us around $125.00 and lasted two years and three months, saving us about $620-700 each year on ice. We loved this little machine so much I just ordered a replacement, which is now only $72.00 so we should get even more value out of it.

This icemaker is so cute, easy and functional. I like the two different bullet sizes and the easy-to-pour-in reservoir. It also doesn’t take up very much space. And we super need an ice machine in this house. I only like to drink ice cold water. Can’t even barely get regular faucet water down. I’m just weird. Lol And summer is here! Unfortunately, my icemaker is having issues and doesn’t work anymore and I haven’t had it very long. I wasn’t sure what would happen if I contacted the company. Some companies won’t contact you at all and don’t seem to care. Well these guys actually care! I wrote to them and they actually contacted me right away! I was very happily surprised at their amazing customer service! Alice, from company, and I were able to talk through it all in text message. I really liked that as opposed to trying to play phone tag. Especially when time zones are different. Alice was super friendly and easy to talk to! And they are giving me a refund! Wow! I’m pretty amazed! So some companies actually do still care about their product and reputation. Lots a thumbs up for these guys and how they do business! Edit 8/22: I actually did get my full refund back. Thank you!!
