This is a nice, well constructed sauna enclosure with a just capable steamer. The instructions for setup were clear and assembly was very easy. For the inside hose, I cut one of the two hoses provided in half. The steamer can be adjusted for temperature and time. At it's maximum heat setting, the unit seems to raise the sauna temp to about about 35° F over the ambient temperature. This time of year my basement is about 70° F, and the sauna gets up to nearly 105° F. The room is small but just enough room for even my tall frame. In use, I fill the steamer to just over 1/2 full with tap water. After starting the steamer on the highest temp setting, it takes about 12 minutes for the unit to generate steam. Unfortunately the timer starts before the steam, but I begin with extra time on the steamer timer and use my Google Home device for my session timer once I step inside. After about 15 minutes from starting, the room is at 90° F. That's when I step inside. Five minutes later the temp is just over 100° F, and the humidity is just over 80%. Per the instructions I am starting with 20 minute sessions, and when finished there is still about an inch of water left in the steamer. I have no reason to doubt a full steamer will provide for a 45 minute or longer session. The window steams up readily so I take a towel inside. I have a TV visible on the other side of the room so I can surf YouTube while relaxing (remote in a zipper bag). Sound penetrates no problem, but I have to constantly wipe condensation off the window. After use, disassembly of the steamer and hoses is simple. I put them on a towel to dry. I remove the chair and floor pad to let them dry. The sauna opens up quite widely (three sides!), and it has a hook on the outside to hand the door open. In my basement, I added my own hook several feet away from the sauna to hang the door away from the sauna. Once opened, I use a towel to absorb most of the moisture and then I leave the unit open to air dry. My biggest concern is mold so I try to make sure everything dries out thoroughly. The product description is pretty spot on regarding size and what it comes with. The enclosure, a small chair (with bag), the steamer, two floor mats, two hoses, and a remote. It also came with green scrub pads and packets of citric acid for periodic cleaning of the stainless steel steamer basin and hoses. Pros - Easy setup and operation - Steel tube frame - Opens wide for drying out - has a small chair and two floor mats Cons - Operates near the lower end of normal steam sauna temps. - Does not include care instructions for the enclosure (but we have Google for that) So far I'm happy with this unit, but I wish it could get hotter.
