This has no scent (LOVE THAT) and it provides volume. What more could you ask for. It's not crunchy at all, feel like that's the case with most mouse products. I have shoulder length hair and not a lot of it. I had to use so much product at least seven or eight pumps in order for the product to work. It’s too expensive to have to use so much product. I do not recommend it.
