Ordered multiple times 1st order: bottles came in leaking/opened so requested a replacement- returned since requested the replacement 2nd/replacement order: never delivered- requested the refund 3rd order: ordered during Prime Day. Ordered multiple bottles. When the box arrived, the bottles had just been thrown in with everything else we ordered. The bottles were leaking all over the other stuff we ordered. So returned for a refund. At this point, I’m out a lot of $$. I returned everything that was received, all leaking or seals were broken. At still, months later, Amazon continues to charge me for the 2nd/replacement order that I never received. The email I get is that they didn’t receive the items. Well, no kidding! Neither did I!! So I’ve had to call multiple times, say the whole story, over and over again. To be refunded then charged AGAIN. Supposedly they won’t charge me again now, but I’ll believe it in 6 months if they don’t charge me again. Find different product. This isn’t worth it and smells absolutely horrible! ... show more

My hair has ALWAYS been unruly. It’s coarse and thick, wavy in some spots, curly in others. I hate it most of the time and usually end up just blow drying it and straightening it. And it still frizzes up and gets unruly. And my teenage son inherited my hair, poor thing 😔. He has a worse go with it than I do, since he has absolutely no idea how to style it or apply products. He either doesn’t remember, or doesn’t listen in the first place, when I show him how to use the hair stuff I purchase. But after two days of using this conditioner, he actually messaged me from school telling me how good his hair looked LOL (he’s very concerned about his hair). I used it once and had the same reaction as he did. My hair was manageable! And smelled sooo good. It’s almost like a lime and coconut smell, very tropical, and I am so in love with it, I would eat it if it were edible. I’m so, so happy I found this line of hair products (plus it’s vegan-friendly!). The price is a bit steep, but it’s comparable to salon prices, and just better quality than anything I’ve found in one of those.
