It was extremely easy to put together, as a 5’ woman things like this can sometimes be hard. However it took less than 5 minutes to attach to my shower head, with no complications. The filter is easy to replace and is a great value seeing as it lasts around 6 months at max. No leakage, and great water pressure still. This had great effects of my skin and hair as they became healthier too!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Super easy to install! Wanted to wait at least a week to review to see if I really liked it and it was been great! Hair is softer and skin feels great! I struggle with Eczema and it has helped so much with the flare ups!

The filter was very easy to install, it comes with clear instructions, plumbers tape and even a wrench! So amazing the company does that . I can already notice a difference after using this filter for a week. My skin is softer and my hair even feels softer after washing my hair . I had a dry itchy rash on my hand before installing this filter and a couple days after showering with the filter , my rash went away . I’m a believer and can’t wait to see what a month of using the filter does for my skin and hair .

Absolute 10/10. Our regular water is filled with endocrine disruptors and the only way to counteract that is to put a filter on our shower heads. The same that you do with the water you drink. No leaks, great water pressure, great value for the money!

This filter is amazing from the first use! I used it for wash day and my hair is softer, scalp is itch free. It definitely helped with a deep cleansing. I then took a shower, the increased pressure felt like a relaxing massage I really needed. My skin felt soft, ash free, smooth, and hydrated. I'm highly impressed just from a one time use. It was easy to install, too. There is no chlorine smell to my anymore. This filter has a little weight to it, but the results are worth it. It's durable and if installed with the tape, no leakage. I love using it. I recommend.

I was so excited for an afina filter that would attach to my existing shower system. This thing has basically exploded, multiple times. The threads break loose from the seam to replace. I tried contacting afina to get support and my emails went unanswered. The mess the blowing apart causes is absurd. I am extremely disappointed & equally disappointed in the company’s response or lack thereof.

The media could not be loaded. This is an easy way to add a filter to your existing shower head if you don't already own a built-in filter! I actually already have a shower head with a filter built into it but wanted to give this a try since it's time we replaced the filter anyways and just in case we wanted to get a different shower head with a handle that detaches! I will say that we had some trouble installing it as there are several parts that may get loose while twisting and turning, making the filter leak. That was mostly fixed with the plumbers tape that was included and some trial and error. This is the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I'm hoping this won't turn into an issue in the future but I didn't have this problem with my existing filter shower head. It being bulky also made it a little difficult to install as there's not much wiggle room for the filter to rotate. That being said, ours is placed on the side which I'm worried the weight will eventually loosen the whole shower head. Overall, I know the benefits of having a shower filter and I've seen the wonders it does for my skin and hair and I will continue to purchase filters for my shower head! This product is especially great for those who want to reap the benefits of a shower filter but don't wanna spend $100+ on a shower head that has a filter built-in or who already owns a shower head that they love.
