The only two ratings on this product before I bought it were a single two-star rating and a five-star rating with no reviews or pictures. I took a risk buying this bed because I had seen excellent reviews on the seller’s other beds… it absolutely paid off. This bed is amazing quality and actually so easy to assemble. Ideally you would set it up with two people, but it’s totally doable alone as well. The bed is a little smaller than it looks in the picture, but the perfect size for my apartment. My only “complaint” is that the drawers aren’t on rails, but rather wheels on the floor. This makes it hard to put an area rug in front of the bed because the drawers are practically flush with the floor. Not a huge drawback for me personally, but something to keep in mind if you want an area rug or mat! Overall a great product that’s worth the price. ... show more

I absolutely love the day back very sturdy solid wood went together easy I had one little issue. I was missing one bracket I contacted them with four hours. They had another part sent to me by FedEx overnighted. It company is awesome to work with. I would order another one.

This is a really nice good quality daybed frame. This daybed was easy to assemble it put it together myself. It fit just right in my kids play room, they have 2 huge drawers that go at the bottom and the drawers have wheels, to make it easier to pull them out and load um up with anything and everything. This is a awesome daybed it fits just perfect for the area I'm using it for. The bed is made with good quality materials. The 2 floating under the bed drawers are exactly what we needed for the kids game room the daybed is sturdy and durable really good deal for the price. ... show more

I truly love this bed. I replaced a full size bed to make more room in a spare bedroom. It is made well except for one minor problem. One of the drawer front panels was cracked. It was noticed after we spent 2 hours putting the bed together. I called customer service and asked them if I could have replacement sent. They told me I should return the bed. I was shocked after telling them it was already put together when I first called. I asked them to call the mfg. CS came back and said the mfg. didn't answer. CS offered me advice to find a local dealer and see if the dealer could replace the panel. Grrrr!! So then after a verbal tango they offered compensation. I feel customer service needs a little more training in customer service. But I really do like the bed it fits very nicely and a great design for this spare bedroom. It has a cozy, warm feeling. The only downside, putting it together takes some patience. It came in 3 separate packages so mixing and matching to make sure installation was done efficiently is what the only downside is. I am thoroughly impressed by this manufacturer. A lot of people would just put things right into one big box and here you go they lock the bed down into three different boxes so that you’re not straining to lift it. That is extreme consideration for the buyer! Very easy to assemble. Great value great size looks amazing. I picked it up from my nephew. He’s coming out of a toddler bed. Poor design. Advertises as a twin however standard twin mattress WILL NOT FIT. Standard twin measures 75 L x 39 W however the available mattress space on this bed is only 74 L x 37 W. Why a furniture manufacturer would design a twin bed you can’t fit a standard twin mattress on is beyond me. How hard can it be to add three inches?!? Also drawers arrived damaged. ... show more
