Dollar for dollar this is probably one of my favorite all-time purchases on Amazon. I am an avid weightlifter, and as I approach 60, I am slowly learning that things that I got away with doing at 38, I can’t get away with doing now. Consequently, everything hurts. My lower back, both shoulders, my rotator cuff and labrum all act up after the days I hit them in the gym. I don’t take pain relievers like Tylenol, so massage is it. This device provides relief to all those areas. Getting my shoulders or my rotator cuff handled requires some imagination but once I get into position this thing does the trick. My wife even uses it on her calves. The heat is just an added bonus. If I could give this device 10 stars I would because you simply cannot beat the value at under $40. Seriously, a single hour long massage is three times that. Let me just start off by saying this is exactly what I needed lol. It’s inexpensive but does an amazing job. I was skeptical with the reviews because everything ain’t for everyone lol. If you’ve (currently) served in the military, you know about all the aches and pains from your feet to the top of your skull. I used this in multiple places, got it especially for my back pain, also used on neck and legs and my muscles felt like heaven. The heat feature is nice. It wasn’t too hot for me, again everyone is different. I only tried 2 speeds the 1st and 2nd because they felt that great lol. I have several massage units and a full size massage chair. This one is a very nice addition bc I can strap it to calves or thighs, so its easy to use. The nodes are comfortable and really helps relieve painful trigger points. Its quiet and it warms up nicely. A good buy!

I just got this today and it is amazing. It is very quiet. During your massage it will stop and change directions giving you the most awesome experience. The heat is nice and get pretty warm to relax your muscles. I highly recommend this product. It is better than some of you name brands.

I bought this for my father for his sore neck n back. Upon reading manual it says cannot be used if you have an implanted medical device such as pacemaker. Will be returning.

If you have never used a back massager, it does take some getting used to. I tried a similar unit with wrap around straps for legs and upper body. With lower back pains, this unit works great by sitting in a comfortable chair and leaning back. I could also place it higher on my back as long as I lean back to hold in place.
