This is the best machine ever

It worked great for two months. Noisy, but it gave me the nugget ice cubes I wanted. Now, it gives me brown ice cubes and I have to run the clean cycle every other day!! It sounds horrible now and I am waiting for it to die comeletly.

I had initial concerns about the size of this machine, and was unsure it would provide enough ice. I found that it works quickly enough to offset what I believed was a small hopper, and it has had no issues keeping up with the demand

We love the nugget ice this makes! We had an issue with the first ice maker that came, but customer service worked with us and provided a replacement. It does make ice quick, and it’s perfect for iced coffee, etc. It’s very quiet.

I really loved this ice machine. The type of ice it makes is awesome but I bought it in January and it is now mid September and it doesn’t work. I’m glad I bought it on sale and didn’t spend the full $400 on it. Bummer deal, wish it would’ve lasted longer.

Easy to set up and clean. I wanted a good nugget ice maker for the money and based on the reviews, I picked this one. Nmade sure to run the cleaning instructions before making ice. I also put Brita filtered water in the reservoir Definitely a lot better and much easier to clean than my old one!

Stopped working after a little over a month. It just runs and runs but doesn’t produce any ice at all. Unfortunately a waste of lot of money.

When we bought this ice maker earlier in Jan 2026, it had 4.7 stars overall and more reviews(?) than it has now. It was also only $150 and now is listed for over $400(?). It works great, however it is loud and constantly runs. We only get about 3 min of silence before it starts up again, which is truly annoying. On the fence if we’ll return it or not but finding one that doesn’t constantly run would be ideal.
