So far this machine has worked like advertised. It's relatively quiet when it operates and makes good quality ice. Keep in mind, that the ice is not under refrigeration once made so it will slowly melt, however this isn't really a problem if you plan on using the machine as a supplement for your current ice maker. This is why I bought this machine. So when it makes a few batches of ice, I just dump the freshly made ice into my ice bucket in the freezer (BTW, the manual says to do this). It works great for out situation but if your looking for a set it and forget it kind of machine this may not be the best choice. For the money, it's a great purchase, and is super easy to use, just may not be for those that want less continual cooperation.

This is the worst ice maker we've had. The ice doesn't stay frozen. It's hard to get the ice out of the little basket because it is so narrow. It needs to be filled continually. Not only that but it gets really hot when making ice. I think we will need to replace it. This is the third ice maker we've had over the years and clearly the very worst. So sorry I purchased it.

This ice maker does a good job for my needs. I always have a glass of ice water or some other drink all day long. It makes ice very quickly. I like that it can fill my ice bin in my freezer in a matter of 20 minutes.

Not impressed. We have had a counter top ice maker for years and it was time for a new one. I selected the Aeitto Ice maker based on reviews and the fact that it was supposed to make 26lbs of ice per day, which is more than our last ice maker. When it arrived, I noticed it was considerably smaller than our last one but keeping in mind it was supposed to make more ice. The machine is very loud when it is making the ice, but I do like that it makes thicker ice than our last one. It holds very little water and I find that I need to fill the water compartment several times a day. The basket that holds the ice is also very small. It is not even large enough to use the scoop that comes with it to remove the ice and put it in my glass. I have to remove the whole basket and dump the ice into my glass. One additional thing that I don't care for is that the ice clumps up after it dumps into the basket so when I try to get ice out of it, the whole clump comes out. I think there are much better options out there!

We've been using this ice maker for a little while now, and overall I'm really happy with it. It heats... well, cools... quickly! 😄 It starts producing ice in about six minutes, which is perfect when you realize you've forgotten to fill the ice trays or have people coming over. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is the size of the ice basket. It fills up pretty fast, and once it's full, the machine stops making more ice. For our household, we have to periodically dump the finished ice into a large freezer container so it can keep producing enough for everyone throughout the day. That said, the machine itself works exactly as advertised. The ice comes out consistently, the two size options are nice to have, and it's much quieter than I expected. It's also compact enough that it doesn't take up a ton of counter space. If you're buying this for one or two people, the basket is probably plenty. For a family, just be prepared to transfer the ice to your freezer every so often to keep the production going. Overall, it's been a great purchase, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a fast, reliable countertop ice maker. Four stars only because I wish the basket was just a little bigger.

Hello, I truly like this small ice machine. I was making ice fast and perfect, then motor stopped. I am currently trying to get support from manufacture . Maybe they can at the very least send a new one, Amazon return window went out 3 days before it quit, Cant return it . Im stuck

I bought this during Prime Days. I've been wanting a countertop ice maker because my freezer is small and I often have to use the ice maker space for frozen foods. I have little space on my countertops, so I needed something with a small footprint but wanted one that would make enough ice to be able to serve drinks to friends when they visit. This Ice maker fit the bill. It is the perfect size and looks good on the countertop without making it look crowded. I like that I can select large or small cubes, ice is ready in six minutes as advertised which is really nice. It didn't take long at all to fill the small ice container which was plenty to serve four to six people their drinks. It is a little noisy, but I don't find it excessive. Filling the reservoir took just under one sixteen-ounce bottle of water. Love that it comes with a small scoop and is self-cleaning. It seems durable but I haven't had it long enough to know how long it will last. So far, I think it is a good value for the money, I did get it on sale for Prime Days and is perfect for my needs.
