Excellent customer service, quality product
Size: 1.7 Cubic Feet
Style: Fingerprint Lock
Excellent customer service and quality product! The safe arrived damaged due to shipping. I contacted the company, and they immediately sent a replacement. The safe is solid, it only took a couple of minutes to set up, and all works as it should. Very pleased and would buy again from the manufacturer.

Great customer service
Size: 1.7 Cubic Feet
Style: Fingerprint Lock
I received this safe very quickly and was honestly impressed by the quality until I realized the password reset button didn’t work. I reached out to customer service immediately and went back and forth for a couple days until they fully understood my issue and offered to send me a completely new safe free of charge. I just got the second one in and it’s perfect! They were so helpful and now I have a great little safe!

Awful safe, was broken in a home robbery EASILY
Size: 3.7 Cubic Feet
Style: Fingerprint Lock
Absolutely horrible product, my home was robbed and this safe was easily opened with a crowbar. I lost over $100k of stuff. DO NOT BUY THIS SAFE. IT DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR ITEMS. Absolute garbage.

Good product and great customer service.
Size: 1.7 Cubic Feet

My safe box worked perfectly fine and everything was good. I had issues with the keys due to my kids, however customer service was excellent and very responsive. Everything was solved within a day.

Light and thin so need to mount, but no mounting instructions
Size: 3.7 Cubic Feet
Style: Fingerprint Lock
The shelves moved around during shipping which scratched the inside. It is thin on all sides except the door. Has all the features of comparably priced products including mounting holes. You’ll need to mount this given how light it is. But NO instructions on mounting. The bolts I received were different in the threading but same size and diameter. Not a big deal except one of the nuts slides right through them. Sent request for seller to replace as there is no way I am sending the entire thing back. Fingerprint reader is responsive and quick. Instructions are reasonably understandable. — Update: They are sending me new nuts and bolts

Worked okay for less than 10 months.
Size: 3.7 Cubic Feet
Style: Fingerprint Lock
Ordered on April 24, 2025. A year and 3 months later, (and we didn’t even take it out of the box for about 5 months after we got it) so after 10 months of actual use, the key lock no longer works and it usually won’t read my fingerprints, none of them. It worked great for awhile but now it’s pretty useless as the reason for buying it was I wanted to just be able to open it with a fingerprint (key as back up) but I can’t rely on the fingerprint working because usually it doesn’t work; I’m afraid one day, it’ll never open using fingerprint method and the key feature doesn’t work at all. I tried both keys; they turn in the key hole and I turn the knob and it won’t open. I’ve changed the batteries recently too. I may load a video at a later date. Right now, I’m just frustrated.
