I received this safe very quickly and was honestly impressed by the quality until I realized the password reset button didn’t work. I reached out to customer service immediately and went back and forth for a couple days until they fully understood my issue and offered to send me a completely new safe free of charge. I just got the second one in and it’s perfect! They were so helpful and now I have a great little safe!

Absolutely horrible product, my home was robbed and this safe was easily opened with a crowbar. I lost over $100k of stuff. DO NOT BUY THIS SAFE. IT DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR ITEMS. Absolute garbage.

The shelves moved around during shipping which scratched the inside. It is thin on all sides except the door. Has all the features of comparably priced products including mounting holes. You’ll need to mount this given how light it is. But NO instructions on mounting. The bolts I received were different in the threading but same size and diameter. Not a big deal except one of the nuts slides right through them. Sent request for seller to replace as there is no way I am sending the entire thing back. Fingerprint reader is responsive and quick.
