For sure NOT worth the money. I am absolutely devastated. Cheap wood, NO EXPLANATION on instructions. Chipped wood, CRACKED wood, the bolt on the door to open is already RUSTED, AWFUL!!!! Overall this product is very flimsy and cheaply made. The directions are not very clear with details of parts not being shown. Several of the parts were not labeled. The screw bag was ripped and ended up being one screw short once I searched through the entire box. Some holes are predrilled and others are not. Those that are predrilled did not line up correctly. The roof for one of the roosting boxes is warped and does not shut all the way. Cheap price and decent size. But very disappointed in the quality. ... show more

This chicken coop is cute but the material it is made of is very thin. I don't think it will last more than 1 year, which makes it feel very expensive for what it is. The roots are very low to the ground which is not ideal. I'm also not sure why it needs 6 boxes, since it is not big enough for 6 birds... Im thinking 4 full size chickens will fit comfortably. Unfortunately i have 18 chicks coming in a few days, so I am stuck with this one and I will have to buy a bigger coop. ... show more

I was very Leary at first to purchase this coup with all the negative reviews saying the parts were rusted, things are cracked, and difficult instructions….but I did not find any of that. The product was well packaged. Nothing was rusted! And the misses and I put it together with the instructions in about 30 minutes. The only issue we had were the hinges on top. We didn’t put them on correctly so the roof would not close correctly. ... show more

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Whatever you do…DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This item is made with the cheapest possible parts they could find. There are several visible defects on multiple sections of the wood. There is splitting as well as pieces that are warped and bent. The metal closures arrived rusted and bent. The ramp/door is misaligned & not to mention screws that were sticking out of the wood frame. I paid $238 for this product as well as $29.99 for a shipping fee. As for customer service. I was instructed to “repair” the item myself, return the item at my expense, or get a $25 credit from the company. I do not want this product as it is not suitable, for the application I intended it for. With all that being said… If you do go and buy this product be ready to pay over $200 to ship it back to them because that’s what their customer service team will tell you to do. ... show more

Quality is cheap. May not survive outside. Instructions to put together are useless! I’m so frustrated trying to put it together! It might not survive the process cause it is going to rain any minute! I would not suggest this product to anyone.
