This product did not meet what I ordered first the dimensions of it were not what was listed so I could not place it how I wanted it it was smaller then what was posted. Assembly was a pain in the but non of the per set holes lined up. It also feels cheap and is not very solid. The tap screws keep falling out and don’t get tight the curtain rails are cheap and feel like they will fall apart would not have spent the money if I knew what I was being sold.

We are incredibly happy with this AECOJOY 16' x 10' lean-to gazebo. The overall material quality is excellent, and it has completely transformed our patio into a functional, upscale outdoor living area.For assembly, it took me and a friend about 4 hours to put together from start to finish. The process was straightforward, though you definitely need a second pair of hands to handle the larger pieces safely. When you first build it, it might feel a little flexible, but do not worry. Once you fully anchor it directly to your house, it becomes incredibly firm and rock solid.The only minor issue we encountered was a tiny bit of water leaking here and there during heavy rain. However, this is an easy fix. We applied proper outdoor sealer tape along the seams, and it completely solved the problem. It is now completely bone dry underneath.If you want a beautiful, large patio roof that looks high-end without the custom contractor price tag, this is a fantastic buy! Storm tested.

I thought I was missing something many pieces but it came in so many different boxes and parts was everywhere. But all located. It does take two people to put it together. Started early assembling parts and next we have to out all together. Coming along good so far but it does take time to get together.

For the most part I was able to put this up by myself. The directions for the curtains and screens aren’t that clear. But I was finally able to figure out which of the poles went where. Perhaps some actual words in the directions would have been more helpful. All in all seems to be well made and I couldn’t beat the price.

⭐ 1-Star Review I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a gazebo that arrived with defective and damaged parts. When I contacted customer service to return it, instead of taking responsibility for sending a faulty product, they gave me excuse after excuse and made the return process extremely difficult. First, they expected me to pay for the return shipping of a product that arrived defective. Then, they repeatedly pushed me to keep the gazebo and offered to send replacement parts instead of honoring a full return. The problem is not just the damaged parts—the entire gazebo is made of very poor-quality materials and does not meet the expectations of a new product. To make matters worse, they informed me that they would deduct 20% of my refund even though the product arrived defective and I am returning it because of issues that were not my fault. It is unacceptable to penalize a customer for receiving a damaged and low-quality item. A company that stands behind its products should make things right when a defective item is delivered. Instead, I was met with delays, excuses, extra costs, and unfair refund deductions. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Rating: ⭐ 1/5 Stars Defective product • Poor quality • Unfair return policy • Poor customer service

Very impressed with the structure. Assembly wasn't all that difficult, instructions were pretty clear with only a couple of instances where I needed to re-read and puzzle out what was wanted. I pre-assembled the uprights, all the beams, etc over a few hours a day before we installed it. My husband and I did the assembly ourselves and it took approximately 4 hours to complete with just the 2 of us and we're in our 60's and 70's. Not bad for a couple of "seniors"!
