This gazebo looked like just the thing for our backyard concrete-surfaced patio, beside a swimming pool. It fits up against an exterior stucco wall and the two rear posts have attachments that allow them to be fastened to that wall. The step-by-step assembly instructions are fairly easy to follow and the numerous components (mostly of sturdy steel) and hardware pieces (bolts, screws, etc.) are all labeled clearly. We installed the curtains only, not the mosquito netting, since in our area mosquitos are not a problem, and the edges of the roof along the front and sides have two rows of slots to suspend each type of covering. The only real shortcoming is the fact that the four posts have L-shaped plates that are meant to fasten them to the ground, with four holes each for a total of 16 holes, but for a concrete floor only 4 such bolts are provided -- and these are quite useless, being too flimsy to stay in place when inserted into drilled holes. We had to purchase heavy-duty concrete screws that were entirely satisfactory for the two forward posts (two screws per post); the rear posts did not need them as they abutted against that wall and were already fastened to it. The plastic roofing sheets (corrugated plastic, eight in total) need careful insertion and positioning, and this may require a wooden block and rubber mallet to avoid damage to the edges. Once in place, the gazebo seems to be very sturdy and did not shift at all in the offshore winds that tend to reach us each afternoon.

Love it! It's perfect on my deck and screens and curtains work great. It was a little hard securing it to my wall but now seems study. Putting up the roof was little difficult. It was hard to get the front and back to meet correctly but with a little patience it came together.

Assembly wasn’t horrible, despite the introduction book being very vague. The big issue was that the curtains didn’t fit correctly but we made them work. Had to take one of the hook on each sides out of the rails to make it close in the front. The major issue we ran into after assembly is that the roof leaks like crazy. The water runs down the top to the middle seam and then just comes straight in. Could probably be fixed with a sealer, but I have concerns about that. Customer service, while helpful, could do nothing but offer to reimburse me for sealer at $30. This will be going back as soon as I find appropriate packaging

The media could not be loaded. Fácil de armar. Mi esposo y yo lo hicimos solos. Yo diría que la parte más difícil es la de poner los " cierrres" a los paneles del techo. Lo único que no me gustó es que las cortinas, se traban al correrlas. Y me hubiera gustado más alto el techo para una persona alta como mi esposo le queda muy cerca el techo. Pero se moja. En cada panel va acumulando agua, no se si es problema en los "empates " de los paneles o solo un problema con la caída, el punto es que quería comprarlo otra vez para cubrir mas área del patio, pero ese no lo volveré a comprar.Ah! En mediodía no se puede sentar porque se refleja demasiado la luz solar Bueno...una corrección luego de otros aguaceros. Resulta que tiene unas ligeras gotas que corren por las pequeñas piezas que unen los techos, dice mi esposo que va ponerle silicon. No se si cometimos error al montar el techo pues lo une unas pequeñas piezas, o simplemente es un error del techo en si.

The 10'x14' Gazebo with mosquito net and outer fabric enclosure is built really well and once fully installed provides shade, protection from the elements, and bugs. It was easy to install and had it up in two days by myself but I recommend having one other person helping out. If you have another person helping then it can be installed in a full day. You will need a phillips head and battery powered screw driver/hammer drill, tape measure, and magnetic level. I installed this gazebo on our back deck. Everything is made out of aluminum and the braces that go inside the aluminum are heavy duty steel. The aluminum metal pieces are coated with a nice powder coated finish. The top UV blocking panels are a type of hard plastic wafer. It did rain a day later and there was only one leak and that is because I had trouble getting one of the top roof panels to go into one of the metal pieces which I probably didn't push all the way in so make sure to push everything snug on the roof panels. When you first open the box to get started make sure you have all the metal pieces and all the hardware. I checked everything when I first opened the box and everything was there. You will have to buy large screws to secure the gazebo to the deck if installing it on a deck. Use heavy duty 4"-6" screws and brace it up under the deck with 2x4's to secure it even more. We live in the Midwest where Tornados and high winds come through so it's best to secure it with extra support. If installing on the ground then there is a special type of ground stake that is used for these types of gazebos that can be found on Amazon. You'll have to secure it also with L brackets onto the side of the house so you'll need to pre-drill holes for the anchors they provided which flare out once tightened all the way. Make sure to use those especially if you have any type of warranty on it. Once all the metal pieces and roof if put together and installed then the mosquito net and fabric enclosure is put up which is easy too. They provide the hardware to install those as well. All in all the gazebo is a good deal. Make sure to use the coupon they give on their website. Good luck and don't hesitate to reach out to their customer service if you run into trouble or parts are missing when you first open the box. Also on youtube there are tutorials. Happy building! 👍
