For the most part I was able to put this up by myself. The directions for the curtains and screens aren’t that clear. But I was finally able to figure out which of the poles went where. Perhaps some actual words in the directions would have been more helpful. All in all seems to be well made and I couldn’t beat the price.

I brought this and finally put it up. The reviews said it was sturdy and great. It’s actually flimsy. The material is not as strong as it looks. We had some wind the other day, and before I could nail it down to the ground, it completely flipped over, and two of the legs broke right off the bracket. It not being nailed down should not have resulted in what was supposed to be a sturdy product, to be flipped over! For the price that this is, I expected a more sturdy more durable product. Even without the wind, the metal (if you could call it that) bends really easy, the roof part is some sort of flimsy plastic, and not all the pieces fit in perfectly. I would not recommend spending the money. Now I’m out a large some, and in need of new brackets or a whole new product. Oh, and it took the better part of 2 days to put together.

It arrived in 3 boxes. We got the 20x8 unit & it took about 12 hours to put together with one handy person & a helper. We received all parts. The roof panels are a little more flimsy than expected. To be honest, I'm a little worried about hail, snow load & ice...but maybe I'll update this review after those weather events happen. Overall, it's a nice addition & it's already helping to create a relaxing oasis that we enjoy using. I would definitely recommend this lean to gazebo to anyone wanting to escape the sun & rain while still allowing enough sun to come through & keep your plants alive.

We are incredibly happy with this AECOJOY 16' x 10' lean-to gazebo. The overall material quality is excellent, and it has completely transformed our patio into a functional, upscale outdoor living area. For assembly, it took me and a friend about 4 hours to put together from start to finish. The process was straightforward, though you definitely need a second pair of hands to handle the larger pieces safely. When you first build it, it might feel a little flexible, but do not worry. Once you fully anchor it directly to your house, it becomes incredibly firm and rock solid. The only minor issue we encountered was a tiny bit of water leaking here and there during heavy rain. However, this is an easy fix. We applied proper outdoor sealer tape along the seams, and it completely solved the problem. It is now completely bone dry underneath. If you want a beautiful, large patio roof that looks high-end without the custom contractor price tag, this is a fantastic buy! Storm tested.

I ordered the 16x10x8 Gray. Sizing is off and caused me to grind off and rebuild the bottom of the poles, available area I had was exactly 8’ and the height of this item was 8’2” so had to trim 2”. Width was 9’ not 10’ and did not realize with the gray the roof panels are plastic even though it advertises metal roof in the pictures if I had known I would have gone with the other one. It is still great and we are enjoying it but I hope it can hold up to the Michigan winter. It will take a small team to put together.

⭐ 1-Star Review I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a gazebo that arrived with defective and damaged parts. When I contacted customer service to return it, instead of taking responsibility for sending a faulty product, they gave me excuse after excuse and made the return process extremely difficult. First, they expected me to pay for the return shipping of a product that arrived defective. Then, they repeatedly pushed me to keep the gazebo and offered to send replacement parts instead of honoring a full return. The problem is not just the damaged parts—the entire gazebo is made of very poor-quality materials and does not meet the expectations of a new product. To make matters worse, they informed me that they would deduct 20% of my refund even though the product arrived defective and I am returning it because of issues that were not my fault. It is unacceptable to penalize a customer for receiving a damaged and low-quality item. A company that stands behind its products should make things right when a defective item is delivered. Instead, I was met with delays, excuses, extra costs, and unfair refund deductions. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Rating: ⭐ 1/5 Stars Defective product • Poor quality • Unfair return policy • Poor customer service

Took me nearly 11 hours to set up. The directions that come with it are horrible. The weather washer screws that come with it are cheap and break the washer when screwing. Not waterproof at all. Needed to buy flex seal to stops the leaks. It’s still pretty cool. But not great.
