I just learned I have Lipoedema and have read that these are very beneficial for removing excess fluid from the body. I just got it the other day, used it on lowest setting for 10 minutes. I sat on the sofa and had my feet on the machine. My goal is to work up to standing on it. I also had my husband use it. He is partially disabled and cannot move around much and it also helps to improve bone density and muscle, and as seniors this is very important. Was looking at more expensive models, but this is really a great machine. Very well made, heavy duty, love the remote. I wish the power cord was longer, but I have a heavy duty appliance extension cord that I use with it. ... show more

For $95. This machine is well built, very sturdy, works well, and has power! The company emailed after i bought it to thank me for purchasing and to let me know to reach out to them if i have any questions or problems once i get it. After it arrived i got another email from the company aging saying enjoy the machine, any questions on use please email, call... i found the communication from the company to be great for customer service. And the machine, amazing machine. I’ve used it numerous times now. It’s quiet, sturdy, the vibration levels go up to 90, and yes there is a difference in the levels. The only con i can find is when using the included exercise rubber tubes, if you pull up directly in front of you the ropes rub the machine and make a noise because they are touching the machine. So I don’t pull up directly in front of me i hold the tubes out away from the front of the machine a little. If you’re looking to try one of these machines save your money by this model. I started going to the chiropractic and they have me get on their vibration platform for 5 minutes, so I said let me go ahead and get me one. It works really good just like their platform. This is my first time trying one with no handles, and I love it. The speed goes all the way up to 99 & it vibrates every part of your body. The only thing I had to get used to, even with the chiropractor is the itching when you get off after a while. The weight vibrating causes the itching I guess lol it kinky lasts for a while. I bought this because I saw videos on daytime talk shows that had tested similar product. In 1 video the host had on a fitbit or apple watch and he showed the camera that the machine had his heart rate at 150. So I thought wow this is a great product. but I got on it and have used it to the max speed and my heart rate stays around 80. If I use thigh bands while using the machine, then my heart rate will go to 102-110. Also I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who has heart problems. I could feel my heart shaking and my uterus shaking. My kids enjoyed getting on and singing to hear their voice shake. I have laid on the floor, after a long tiring day, and only put my calves on to relieve fatigue to my legs. ... show more
