  • Product arrived undamaged and was protected nicely but shipping box was just regular cardboard.
The media could not be loaded. edit 2: (1 month review) I've been riding this thing around all over. I got up the courage to engage drive 2. I'm in a large city and that is actually speeding well past most of the posted speed limits. I can't imagine what drive 3 would be like. I've only charged it twice. This bike holds a very large charge and keeps you going without having to charge everyday. NOTHING has malfunctioned or gone wrong since putting air in the tire. This bike is solid! It's kinda pricey so I'm sure there is some hesitancy, but if you do, you will be satisfied. edit... The front tire needed air, it happens. I did have to ask the manufacture what to do because I didn't know if it was a tube tire or tubeless. They told me what to do to fill the tire up and it took like 5 minutes. Seller is quick and knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. Assembly was fairly easy. Don't get mad at the manufacturer and go pull out your tool box because you discovered they used 5 different sized hex nuts. They provide, 'hidden' in the bike assembly and repair kit, a really nice quality bike hex kit. Put your tool box away, like I did. My front tire came flat. I couldn't pump it up with the included hand pump or my dual action foot pump I use. I was able to inflate it with a AC powered car tire inflator. I will see if it has a slow leak. Hopefully, if it does, the local bike shop should be able to repair it easily. Not even worth bothering the manufacturer. Things like that happen. Nothing really needed tightening. All bolts that aren't needed for adjusting the dials and instruments came very secured. The handle bar assembly telescopes up and down for tall people. I didn't realize this when I first rode out and had to get off and find the adjustment. I'm a 6'2 and 250 lbs, 57 y/o male and with my height and weight I am easily accommodated with all the adjustable settings. Another thing that isn't readily obvious is that once you unlock the handle bar and bring it up from the collapsed position, you need to bring the red handle into the stowed and locked position. If you don't the handle bar assembly wobbles forward an back about 10 cm of play. It locks very securely with the red handled in the stowed position fully forward. I will put it in the video. Ok, now the bad part, or maybe sad part. OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE This thing is SO POWERFUL. Like scary powerful. I don't know if it's because I'm 6'2 and kinda heavy. But in eco and comfort mode, with both motors turned on, the thing screeches it's front tire on take off. It's horrifying. I feel like I'm just along for the ride and the scooter is in charge. If it's because I'm 57 then it's just a little sad, cause I don't feel old. I think this scooter is probably suited very well for the under 50 crowd that wants to go crazy. No other scooter on the street will out run you, most cars on the street won't out run you, maybe a motorcycle might but it will be close. I turned off the front motor and am very happy with my now slower scooter. I haven't even tried the Sport mode, probably won't ever. Maybe switching to 2nd Gear to start off might be easier on the tires and my lifespan. Looking down at the display while riding is very easy. The indications are very clear and the display is very bright even in full sunlight and it is has an adjustable angle to your height. The turn signals and head lights are on a separate control by your left hand. It's fairly easy, but takes some practice to get good at it. The controller comes with some NFC type key cards, 1 blue and 2 white. The blue doesn't seem to do anything I can tell. But a white one is needed to turn the scooter on. The unlock code, if you don't have the key card is very easy to figure out. Easy as ABC, yada yada. You can probably change that in the APP. There is a light controller provided to turn off the flashing LED running lights if your city is one that has a law against vehicles having flashing multicolored running lights. Once you turn off the LED running lights with the included hand controller it remains off every time you turn on the light switch until you turn them on again with the included hand controller. Now your Scooter is street legal. THE APP (Android) First, for android, it is written for an older version of the OS without some of the security protections required of the more recent versions of Android. So you have to authorize it to run and acknowledge it lacks some of the recent security measures. And you download the app, not from the Play Store but from a website so you then have to authorize it to install that way. So you don't get protection of Google Play Store security scans. But even that isn't a guarantee of a safe app. Second, once installed, it is a bit confusing on how to get it to sync to the scooter. It won't do anything if the scooter isn't on and unlocked. Then you do the pairing. You can't pair the Bluetooth thru the Android Bluetooth pairing process, you have to go thru the app and find the bike in the list of bluetooth devices nearby. There is a barcode, NOT QR code, on the back of the controller (challenging to get a clear shot with the camera) that the app can use to identify the scooter, in the account pairing (just click the box with the line thru it on the app to activate the camera option). Once the app is synced, it presents a lot of options and customizations to the bike for the user. It will not turn the bike on or off. Once the bike is off, it is off and not responsive to the app. You have to turn the bike on with the keycard or the unlock code and then pair it again. Amazon only lets me upload one video. So I chose the handle bar locking process. I will update the review as I get more experience. This scooter is a beast! It is not a toy. It turns everyone's head that sees it as you pass by, even with the lights off. It has no peers in the E-scooter family. This scooter is in a class by itself. ... show more

  • Very fast
The media could not be loaded. This scooter is absolutely electrifying I first recieved my scooter i was a bit scared after looking at it once it was all put together well in a sense of putting together installing is very simple. Once i stopd back and looked at it was like its like a baby motorcycle lol. I took it around the block while driving i was put in 1st gear it was relaxing second gear it was comfortable and it has sport mode, eco mode and comfort mode which if im not mistaken i think comfort mode has cruise control i thought i was tripping but i will mess with it a bit more to see if im not tripping either way its amazing and 3rd gear and it was extremely fast but extremely fun at the same time i have 3 other scooters but this is by far the big dog of all scooters I definitely recommend purchasing this. Only issue i had was a bit of issues with fed ex bc they were me personally trying to keep my scooter but again that has nothing to do with the scooter also another issue I had was when the scooter arrived it came with a lot of fixings in the pouch and my phone holder was broken but i reach out to the makers and they are absolutely amazing respond fast and they are sending me a new one overall im very pleased with my purchase! ... show more

  • Electric scooter
I love this scooter, very fast and smooth. I am frustrated with the service. There are no clear instructions how to operate. There is no customer service for this product at all. Very disappointing for a $1500 dollar scooter I would expect to be able converse with someone if something happens and I need repairs. I cannot find any replacement parts (motors, batteries ect..) The scooter arrived with a broken rear fender and a small cut on the front of the seat. Very disappointed with the shipping and packaging. ... show more

  • Best Customer Service Experience
Great scooter. And even better customer service. I had an issue and I reached out to the seller and was quickly responded to and my issue was rectified with no hassle or hesitation. 5 stars all the way. Best customer service experience i had this year. Thank you.

  • Reliable Head turner
I have been ridimg scooters for years. Some scooters are fast but are not very good looking. This scooter is both! I was able to get to 52 mph on a straight away and i weight 210lbs. The ride is smooth and sturdy and the controls become 2nd nature quickly. Being able to customize the attractive lighted deck with any color is really cool. Battery life is long and reliable for commuters. Security for the vehicle is another plus, with the 3 nfc cards provided, i always felt like my scooter was safe from theft. The company is responsive and stands behind their product. My first time i received a defective scooter and they sent my replacement quickly and without hassle. I recommed this scooter to the experienced rider since it is very powerful. All in all a great value for the price point, most importantly super fun! ... show more

  • Fast and loads of fun
My sisters and I each bought a scooter and they are so much fun. Lots of power and fast but you can adjust the speed or only use one motor if you choose to ride it at a slower more relaxed pace.
