Comes with charger and everything you need. Make sure to download the app so you can go faster. The first time i for on it i was thinking hmm I feel like i could walk this fast, turns out I was actually on walking mode lol. I then got the app and could go way faster! Love the lights,which are also all controlled via the app. I havwn5 even maxed out on speed yet, it goes fast! Has duel shocks, brakes all the safety features for a smooth ride.

This is a fantastic scooter for sub 15 minute rides. The scooter is fast and comfortable and ergonomically excellent. If you ride it as hard as it can handle and weigh above 220 pounds for more than 15 minutes, it will overheat and go into limp mode at 8 or 9 miles an hour until it cools down. If you need to ride this hard and weigh more than 220 pounds for more than 15 minutes I highly recommend their upgraded scooter, the W9. It is worth every penny. It is super fast and powerful and has even better ergonomics. If you weigh less or only use this for short commute, it is the perfect scooter.

Didn’t work out of the box. Had the seller send replacement parts, still doesn’t work. It took over a week to get the parts from China as well. They use a carrier I’ve never heard of so you have to pay if you bring to ups or the post office.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this scooter for little less than a month now, and I honestly love it. The motor is super powerful – it takes off fast and climbs hills without a problem. I usually ride around the city, and the speed (up to 25 mph) makes commuting so much quicker than the bus or walking. The battery life is great too, I can easily get a couple of days’ worth of rides before needing to charge. The ride itself feels smooth thanks to the big air-filled tires and shock absorbers. Even on bumpy streets, it doesn’t rattle too much. I also feel safe with the dual brakes, they stop the scooter quickly and reliably. The built-in turn signals are a nice touch, especially when riding in traffic. It folds up easily, though it’s a little on the heavy side to carry for long distances. Still, it feels sturdy and well built, so I’ll take that trade-off. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase – fast, comfortable, and reliable.

From the moment I got this scooter set up and stood on it, I could immediately tell it was built with quality in mind. The materials feel solid and well-made, with none of that cheap plastic feel you sometimes get with scooters in this price range. The frame is sturdy and has a reassuring weight to it, but it’s not bulky or hard to handle. There’s no rattling or looseness when you ride, and everything fits together tightly. The platform is wide and stable, which gives you plenty of room to stand comfortably without having to constantly adjust your footing. The wheels are big and tough, and they do a great job handling cracks, bumps, and uneven surfaces without throwing off your balance or making the ride feel rough. You really feel in control. What stood out most to me was how smooth and easy the operation is. The display is bright, clean, and easy to understand at a glance. The throttle responds instantly and consistently, but in a very controlled way. You can ease into your ride or hit full speed quickly without any awkward surges or dead zones. It’s got great pickup, and it holds speed well, which makes it feel much more like a premium ride than something entry-level. Turning, weaving, and adjusting your direction feels incredibly natural. It’s light enough to maneuver easily, but not so light that it feels flimsy or unstable. The brakes are also very well done. They engage smoothly, with no jolts or skidding, and give you a lot of control whether you’re coming to a gradual stop or needing to brake quickly. The light on the front is surprisingly powerful, actually useful for seeing and being seen, not just a throwaway feature. Even the kickstand impressed me, it’s solid, clicks into place with authority, and holds the scooter up confidently. All in all, this scooter has completely exceeded my expectations. Everything from the build quality to the riding experience feels dialed in. It’s not just functional, it’s fun and easy to ride. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, smooth, and well-made electric scooter.

This well-made scooter is incredibly powerful. In Sport mode, I easily reached a top speed of 25 mph, and the scooter operated smoothly without much jerkiness. It easily climbed 15-degree hills without noticeable loss of speed. The throttle button was light and easy to operate, so we easily avoided hand and finger fatigue and soreness. The battery performed well, with a full charge giving us a range of approximately 28 miles. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this great scooter.

This scoter is good it has good range for the price it’s pretty fast but if your a kid I dont recommend it will wobble a lot also the suspension the not that good you bearly feel it unless it’s a big jump this scoter also overheats really fast
