Got 2 while on sale. Fantastic e-bikes! They're not for pro style mountain biking but have been great on many trails I thought would be tough for any e-bike. We got them to carry with our 5th wheel and explore and have had a ton of fun. Sturdy, easy to maneuver and high powered (should mention they have 3 levels of pedal assist), and the highest is fast. Had some issues with missing or damaged parts on delivery, reached out to vendor and had that resolved extremely fast!

This bike is well built, looks great, easy to ride, has power, and goes up to 37mph and I'm 240lbs. It is a large heavy bike but it is so much fun and gets me where I need to go!!

I bought this bike because I wanted AWD Bafang motors and a Samsung or LG battery which they don’t say but I think the battery is. The brakes ar ok for the money but the suspension is about useless. It came with a 950lb rear shock that did not move AT ALL. I threw the 950lb rear shock straight into the garbage and replaced it with a $90 air shock set to 120lbs and it’s way better. The front shocks I’ll live with but they don’t compress much. Over all for the money it’s a great bike but they should upgrade the suspension to something that at a minimum WORKS. I would have gave it 5 stars if it had better suspension.

arrived with bent forks. I believe it happened during shipment. These bikes weigh a ton and the delivery people gotta hate them. But I contacted the seller with pics and they shipped new forks out right away. It took a little longer than I hoped but all in all I am happy. I asked for just the forks in hopes I would receive them quicker and I have the skills to install them myself. I was shocked that the little tool kit that was sent with the bike was all I needed to do the job. I will be going over the bike with more quality tools real soon to make sure everything is good and tight. I have only put a few miles on the bike testing i out and I am supper pleased. I weigh 400 lbs and this thing goes scary fast,it is only a bike after all. I recommend wearing safety gear for sure and Im no "Safety Sally" by any means. Highly recommended Jan 2025- still going strong. I have over 300 miles on it now. The Phone mount dont work with my phone case and thats a bummer but no big deal, the mirrors dont hang out enough for a FAT MAN to see and I will have to find a replacement sometime in the future. I do like the included lock, its nothing the Lock Pickin Lawyer couldnt open or any ingrade for that matter. Welp I will update again in the future. Still highly recommended.

Purchased the bike in July 2024 with a one-year replacement parts service and lifetime support. At some point the Seller changed the warranty to be 180-day replacement parts service and lifetime support. Even sent the Seller a webpage print out that I had and they insist on the 180-day limit. During the support process, the Seller disclosed in writing that “the single drive mode is prone to triggering the bike's protection and causing it to shut down”. I assume this issue is a design issue. My issue is two wheel drive mode where the bike shuts down after a few miles. As of my last bike ride going up a hill with an inpatient driver behind me, my bike stopped. The car stopped within 2-3 feet of my bike. This bike is not safe to ride. Have attempted to communicate this with Amazon who is reluctant to get involved with this breach of contract/warranty on a product that could cause serious harm or even death to a rider. This bike should be recalled. Buyer beware.

My initial review was too harsh! I was disappointed that it only got 17 miles, instead of the 30 miles as advertised. However, after further review it seems that the only reason it got 17 miles is because on the way home from town there is a lot of uphill riding. So to be fair, it most likely would get 30-60 miles if I was not going up hill on the way home. The dual motor mode, makes this bike feel very powerful... I weigh on the upper limit of this bikes capacity... and I personally only get around 32-34mph, but my children seem to be able to reach 37mph if the road is long and smooth. You won't get 37mph constantly, or easily. But under the right circumstances (smooth long road, and you're not a heavy rider) you can get 37mph. I can get 37 down hill :) (My initial review was also disapointed that I personally wasnt getting 37mph... but again to be fair thats my own fault.. Hopefully through riding more I'll lose enough weight to get 37mph! I have definitely lost weight since riding... My favorite thing about this bike is that each motor is 750W, which is maximum legal in most areas I've researched. Specifically Texas. And absolute worst case scenario if the laws did not allow dual 750w, you could run single motor. Technically you could even unplug the 2nd motor if you absolutely needed to in order to be street legal where you live. This is the most powerful "street legal" bike for Texas that I was able to find... and I searched hard!! I spent weeks searching even.... I still search to this day! (I'm not sure if TX allows for dual 750 or only single 750 but either way this bike would work and have the extra power when you want it. Like driving on private property for example. Though I have not had any issues riding it in town. I only run it at 4/5 assist because if you run it at 5 you'll exceed 28mph which is the limit in Texas. Though thats only when I'm in town! Anyway... absolute best bike on the market for Texas as far as I have been able to find/test. (I've tested 6 so far)

The media could not be loaded. This bike is amazing, it goes to 37 pretty fast it looks amazing. Only thing that didn’t work for me is the rear shock, it 950lb that was on mine I’m not a heavy person so this shock it really stiff for me so I will be replacing that but other then that it good. The headlight is bright and the tail light to. This bike a good bang for the buck! Would recommend.
