This cover fits and looks great, is easy to install and Ive been through carwash three times now with no leakage except at the tailgate but that is from the back (large gaps at sides of the tailgate itself) so nothing to do with the cover. I dont know If this was just mine, but the front weatherstripping was about 3-4 inches to short to go across the front by the cab, I just went to hardware store and bought some more - a ten foot piece for about $7 and used that so before you start installing see If you need to do the same. I also bought two 3/8 Inch elbows to use for the drain hoses to avoid a sharp bend but Ford puts the holes in an odd spot and Im not drilling more - about $6 for those I cut the included hose and used that it works perfectly not a problem at all. When you are installing it, take a few minutes to make sure it is straight on sides and the back before snugging up the knobs at the front and it needs to be as far forward as you can while still being able to turn the knobs - you'll see what I mean. And you will probably need to use one of the included tools to adjust one or two of the latches on the sides but that is very easy. For the price this thing is great. I did use protectant (like 303 etc) on top and sides it seems very solid and well-built. ... show more

I did a lot of research trying to find a quality product that was reasonably priced. I read all the negative reviews on this specific product and found that in my case they did not have any merit. I completed the installation in 25 minutes. All the parts were included and the package arrived with no damage. Everything was wrapped in plastic, with foam between the panels, and foam bumpers on the corners. The installation was straight forward, and the task that took the longest was getting the paper backing off of the adhesive strip on the foam. I watched the installation video on the rough country website and it installed exactly like the video. I was prepared to purchase new drain tubing due to complaints about the provided tubing kinking. I did not have issue but the tubing is thin and would kink easily if you try to bend it in a tight radius. This can easily be corrected with thicker tubing and a few fittings if needed from Amazon, Home Depot, or Lowes. A few of my favorite features are the panel releases and the prop rods. The panel release requires you to squeeze two knobs versus pulling on a wire. The wire pull could be easily defeated with a coat hanger. I had a flipbak cover on my previous truck and I never liked that it rested against the cab in the upright position. The Rough Country has about 4 inches of clearance from the cab and is held vertically with the two prop rods. The prop rods lock onto a ball and are well made. I am very impressed with the cover, the quality, and the ease of installation. This is comparable and possibly better than other brands that are twice the price. ... show more

Great quality. Quick delivery. Took me about 25 minutes to install and it looks great. Easy to latch and unlatch. My only complaint is they sent instructions to install it on a Chevrolet pick up not a Ford F150. I figured it out easily though.

Had a different, expensive, brand on a different truck. This one was a touch less as far as price goes. It shipped quickly, was well packaged, and was easy to install. Instructions are well written. Awful instructions that are universal for all trucks. Spent time looking for a part that wasn’t even included because it was only for GM. After over an hour of tweaking it was still off. The carriage bolts were very hard to install and plastic wing nuts are a joke. Not weatherproof doesn’t seal at bulkhead. Decent price, but quality definitely reflects it. ... show more
