Replaced my sons bed and he picked this design. So far he loves the rgb lights, cubby holes and the plug strip on top. He decorated it with his stuff and is happy with the new bed. I recommend a box frame to put the mattress on to avoid a gap.

Putting it together was a struggle instruction are confusing . Had to stop and finish the next day. The bed is beautiful and looks great put together but LED strip came off half way the next day no biggie for as I have tape to make it stay. The storage is nice but the material is cheap looking at the picture I thought it was better material but I can work with it: Ned does Make noise when moving around

Huge shoutout to the company for their customer support! First, I ordered this product and it was delivered early. Then when I found I had a duplicate part and 1 missing part, I contacted them and they sent me the missing part. They were upfront and honest that it would take a few weeks to manufacture the part and ship it, and I was willing to wait. They did exactly that, and the part finished my kiddos bedroom upgrade project. Absolutely great service in fixing a simple error. On the product itself, it’s solid. I bought for a 14yo and it’s the perfect size for a not-so-big space. The built in power is a huge feature and one we love having in the provided space. Setup isn’t too bad, the instructions overall are pretty easy to follow. It’s not a groundbreaking frame, but it certainly works. My kiddo loves this frame. Thanks again to the company for the great service.

For the love of God, whatever you do do not buy anything from this manufacturer. This is the second bed frame I bought from them. I have been trying to get a bedframe for my daughter for over a month now. The first bedframe that I was sent was missing four pieces. I thought maybe there might just be a little issue and things got messed up, they couldn’t send me the individual pieces though, so I am burdened with an entire box full of bedframe pieces that I have to pay to dispose of. Second bed frame comes in, I get doubles of something that should only have one piece of and then I’m missing another piece. And every time you try to talk to the manufacturer, it takes them two business days to respond so it makes it extremely difficult to communicate.
