Putting it together was a struggle instruction are confusing . Had to stop and finish the next day. The bed is beautiful and looks great put together but LED strip came off half way the next day no biggie for as I have tape to make it stay. The storage is nice but the material is cheap looking at the picture I thought it was better material but I can work with it: Ned does Make noise when moving around ... show more

The headboard came broken. A few other pieces came not together in the zipties as well. Dirt/sand type of thing in the box as well as soon as I opened it. Felt almost as I got a previously returned bed. Parts of the bed didn’t align either.

Came as picture. All pieces fit and we weren't missing anything. My teenager likes how it turned out. The only bad thing about this is it took me forever to put it together. But worth it.

Huge shoutout to the company for their customer support! First, I ordered this product and it was delivered early. Then when I found I had a duplicate part and 1 missing part, I contacted them and they sent me the missing part. They were upfront and honest that it would take a few weeks to manufacture the part and ship it, and I was willing to wait. They did exactly that, and the part finished my kiddos bedroom upgrade project. Absolutely great service in fixing a simple error. On the product itself, it’s solid. I bought for a 14yo and it’s the perfect size for a not-so-big space. The built in power is a huge feature and one we love having in the provided space. Setup isn’t too bad, the instructions overall are pretty easy to follow. It’s not a groundbreaking frame, but it certainly works. My kiddo loves this frame.
