One thing I wish was different was at the back of the top bins I wish there was a way to secure them so they weren’t able to be pushed out. Otherwise the bed has been amazing

Customers should be aware that if you go with this company and are unsatisfied with the product and request a return, you will be expected to pay the shipping to return the item. For this bed the shipping is about $200. We received this product and there were multiple items missing and after having it assembled for a few days decided it wasn’t going to work because of how steep the ladder is. When there is a mattress on the bed that is 4 inches, there really isn’t anything for a child to grab onto at the top and a 2 inch mattress does not seem sturdy enough for a child that will more than likely jump on there bed. Very disappointed that it didn’t work out but felt a different ladder that is more slanted or had a staircase would be safer. After explaining this to the company and they approved the return, they are refusing to cover the expenses of shipping it back, it would have been cheaper for us to just throw the bed away. ... show more
