The guide is as described unfortunately it's too short for my cordless 60v Dewalt saw, my mistake I didn't measure my saw before ordering the guide. It does however fit my older electric craftsman saw so I tried it out and it worked good. Once attached I was able to make nice straight long cuts on a few sheets of plywood. This tool is a nice alternative from using a large straight edge and it's easier to set up than a large straight edge. The material doesn't feel the strongest but should be fine for a tool that I wouldn't use that often. I will be looking for one like this that is longer. Again. as long as your saw is small enough to fit it's a nice tool to have, just measure your saw to confirm the size.

This fixture is light weight and easy to use. It fits well to my mini saw. The grip is ok but I double sided taped two thin strips of shims to make a better fit to my saw plate. (Reason for 4 stars). Functionality it is a good value for the money and for me; I can make nice cut strips without having to use a table saw.
