The cross bars work great, have multiple failsafes, are lightweight but sturdy, are easily adjustable and are very simple to install and move. The divider bars are pure trash. They don't stay in place, they can crush the cross bars, and the welds were failing out of box. If you aren't counting on the dividers doing any of the heavy work, they're worth every penny. They are currently holding my luggage, several totes, and my mobile cooking set up (I work remote) snugly to the back of my 2018 silverado truck bed so they will not slide around when I am driving. I parked in my driveway, which is a 9° incline, and nothing has budged.

Can be difficult to place just right. Either to difficult to remove or cannot get it to stay in place. Seems like you can't get it just perfect.
