The quilted cover adds a softer element to this wedge pillow and the adjustable heights are helpful as well. I bought to support my sleep after nasal surgery and it's worked perfectly for my needs. The stiffness of the wedge supports my full body weight throughout the whole night. The velcro tabs to hold the taller option in place is genius as well. Overall very pleased with the quality, thickness, support, and even no smell when taking it out of the packaging. The cost was a good buy for the quality.

My thoughts on this product are not all bad, but they are not all roses either. For me, it just wasn’t comfortable. It is too firm. It doesn’t give off any bad smell, and if it does, the smell do wear off. It is very large and thick. It actually has many positions, as advertised. My only complaint really is that it’s just not for me when it comes to comfort. However, if you love firm pillows, you’ll love this item 🙂.
