The bed frame is a little heavy and my son helped me along with the installation, but the steps were very easy the whole process was very smooth.I was having problems with my hips and I originally purchased this to keep it elevated. My back pain has been relieved and my husband's snoring problem has disapperaed. Everything is great.

We bought this bed for my mother she is 80 yrs old and recently go out of the hopital, she is unable to move around. This bed has been a blessing as its lifting and lowering function makes it easier for us to care for her. We didn't have to buy an additional mattress to fit the bed and it fit perfectly with the original one. I would highly recommend buying this bed frame if you have an older loved one as well.
