Once you open the actual package though, each individual piece is quite easy to manage. The overall build process is pretty simple, the directions are decently easy to follow. This was very heavy, but I expected that. It was very easy to put together, and after a couple of months use, it is super stable - none of the screws have loosened and there is no shakiness.

Pros;The bed is solid and works as it should. Cons; 1. The instructions can be a little misleading, but the diagrams are well done and accurate. 2. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS-Got the bed together and couldn't get the remote to work, called the company on the Manual (Uniponlife)and could only leave a message, next day got a call back from the company and was informed that the company did not do frames (my frame was listed on their website) but only sold mattresses and they couldn't help me. I decided to troubleshoot the wiring and found a break in the cable from the adapter to the Control box, fixed the wire and it works great.

The installations instructions were easy to follow (the get-it-out-of-the-box instructions were a little vague). No problems assembling it. It worked perfectly the first time. The only problem was with the padding strips you had to glue to the sides. They should have included proper glue or told you what kind of glue to use.

So much to say about this incredible bed frame! First the Price!!!!! You cant beat it for the quality frame you recieve. It was easy to put together, has 4 power supplies (2 on each side/usb) quiet hydrollics, solid frame, and awesome under night light that turns off after a period of time. The remote function has been so much fun for my kids they always want to watch movies in our room now. The seller is also amazing if not more let me tell you why. The box had arrived in incredibly poor condition you can tell it was slung around a warehouse (ive worked for ups years ago I know) and clearly dumped in the middle of my driveway needless to say screws we visibly falling out and upon opening the power box for the USB was broken. I didn't want to return it but felt I had no choice so i contacted the seller ESOON and got almost an immediate responce with instructions for either return or exchange, well the box wasn't the lightest and I dreaded the thought. Esoon kept intouch and requested more photos of what was damaged and missing and replaced the parts avoiding a lengthy amazon report. It wasn't even their fault the item was beat up and still fixed it. I am more than pleased with the results of a better night sleep, and the incredible responce of such a nice caring company(seems next to impossible nowadays) I will be shopping there other products soon aka mattresses and frame for the guest bedroom! I love this frame! It's sturdy, solid and such a great price! It was delivered faster than the expected delivery date. I put it together by myself so it's fairly easy to assemble. There's also a video I watched that helped. It moves so smoothly and isn't loud. My kid loves the light underneath. The side bars are extremely convenient keeping the mattress in place. You'll need two AAA batteries for remote. I've had no issues at all with this frame so far. I got this because it has 5 star reviews but no detail. Hope this helps!

The frame works great. No issues with power. Make sure you gave it set in place when you put it together. It is heavy. Also, there is not any bracket holes for a headboard. There is one hole that is not a headboard hole but I used it for L brackets then attached a headboard to the L bracket. I will see if it holds.
