  • Good insecticide at an excellent price
This stuff is water based and I really needed oil based but that is 100% my fault for not reading the description better. I used it in a different spray and it works very well, I generally avoid using products that hang around on plant life due to the high number of amphibians around here, I try very hard to keep them as healthy as possible so they eat as many insects as possible. Its an excellent value for the money and I dont think you will be able to beat the price. It kills pretty much everything. Its easy to use just read the label and mix with water, reading the label wasnt that easy now that my eyes are getting older, man getting old sucks. ... show more

  • So far so good
This product obviously has some lag time between application and noticable results, but so far it seems to be working well, and as expected, at least, the monitoring stations that I have out are already less active. I will likely purchase again when needed.

  • Chemical concentrate - wear gloves, dilute to recommend amount
This is an alternative to another product with the same active ingredient used in professional pest control. This right here will get you plenty to treat your house, but you need to do somethings to make it worth the time to spray. • be sure to check around your foundation, walls, roof, etc for holes to the interior. I'd recommend expanding foam meant for exclusion work and taking the time to do any necessary repairs or add mesh to limit animal access. • do a thorough clean of your house prior to spraying - wash the corners, check for forgotten food particles around or standing water, remove these as much as possible. That being said, I got a cheap gallon sprayer from Dollar General and did the proper dilution. Honestly, if you measure out the right amount per gallon and add it first, then add your water, you'll be fine. But be sure to wear PPE when diluting and mixing this, it can cause some major skin irritation and worse if it gets on your eyes or if you breathe it in. I sprayed around the entire foundation of my house, and along corners of the walls inside my house. I also sprayed along all the edges of my daughters room, and her rug, the stairs, and a few other places to be completely sure I'd be covered. I believe I mixed & used 1.5 gallons to cover as much as I did. I live in 1500sqft '40s-'50s era remodeled cabin, so lots of unlevel floors and walls with gaps. I sprayed along all the windows. I had an awful problem with flies, chiggers, and mosquitos all around the outside of my house until I sprayed. We get tons of rain and snow in the area I live in, and this seems to have lasted two months since I sprayed. I will likely spray again the next dry day, as this needs to not be washed away to be effective. Flies inside my house became WAY less of an issue with this treatment. It also destroyed the lice problem I was struggling with. ... show more

  • Works ok
It's easy to mix and use. I like the built in measuring cup. It's not the easiest to get exactly right but saves me grabbing a dedicated measuring device. I don't notice an odor but I also use gloves and a mask. I apply monthly in the Spring and summer. Sometimes every two weeks at the beginning of summer to get the bugs under control. In the fall and winter every 2-3 months Mildly effective. We haven't had any ants and the ear wigs don't come in the house anymore. However, I don't want bugs on my patio, in my finished basement, on my basement steps, on the side of my house by my garbage cans. Quiero Nada! Most bugs don't seem to give a rats behind. I will see bugs crawling around in the same area a week or less later and aren't dying. Maybe they die elsewhere, but I don't want to see a bunch of spider webs. They shouldn't live long enough to spin a web. I wouldn't recommend but I also wouldn't say don't try it. Maybe I'm mixing it wrong or applying it wrong or not often enough. ... show more
