I have tried quite a few different red-light belts to help alleviate my lower back pain and I love the relief it gives me. Also, I have tested different back heating pads and massage devices, and they all work good but in different ways. This belt is a combination of all of these. It utilizes red light theory, heat, and massage. There are five different heat levels to pick from, although I like heat, so I wish there were a couple more but at the hottest it is quite comfortable. The red light works well and even with just that this belt would be well worth the price. The massage is really just vibrating motors not compression, but it feels good and really adds to the effectiveness of this device. What I really like about this belt the most is it is completely wireless. You can walk around or even drive with it on as it comes with a 5000mAh power bank, that once charged says it will last up to 4-hours. This automatically turns itself off after about 20 minutes for safety reasons but really 20 minutes at a time is sufficient. This also comes with a charging cable and a waist extender for larger individuals. All in all, this is a great choice and has many feel-good options. I love it and can recommend it. ... show more

I use red-light belts daily. This belt has a massage feature built into the belt as well. What I like about this is that it includes a power bank that is attached to the belt magnetically. The controller is also integrated into the power bank. This makes it more convenient to use as you don't have cords hanging out, compared to using other belts that have a power bank connected using a USB cable. The display is also clear, showing the battery level remaining and temperature setting. Other belts I've used have different heat levels but don't tell you what the actual temperature is. There are 3 different massage modes. The are 2 red-light frequencies. The only thing lacking is a pulse mode for the red-light. What sells this is the integrated magnetic power bank. ... show more

I like the massage provided by this belt. It's a vibration-style massage (no kneading action) but I find it to be more comfortable and useful than other vibration-style massagers I've used. There are three different massage actions, each with three intensity levels, so it's possible to dial in just the right massage that is needed. The heat function is lackluster at best. It does provide some heat, but it's well below what even the most basic heating pad provides. It's warming and comfortable, but it does not provide a therapeutic level of heat therapy. If your main goal is heat, this is not the one to get. The overall build quality is good. It has a nice, solid feel to it, all the stitching is tight and even, and the velcro closure works well. The material is soft and snag-free. It is cordless, which is a big plus for ease of use. The powerbank is attached with magnets to the belt, rather than be housed in the customary elastic pouch. That's great for when you need to remove it for recharging, but on the downside, it can fall off if you nudge it just right during use. It charges with a standard USB-C cable (which is included). Operating sounds are not too bad on the low intensity massage action (it makes a buzzy sound) but is somewhat loud at the high intensity. The controls can be a bit frustrating. It starts off the same way each time (low intensity heat and vibration). I would have much preferred if it remembered the last setting and started up that way. Getting to some settings requires a lot of button presses to cycle through all the options. Depending on which setting you want, you can be long and short-pressing buttons for a while every time you use it. Even with the cons, I consider this to be a 4 star belt due to the very well done massage action, the overall build quality, and the fact that it is cordless. This isn’t just a red light therapy belt. I love that it comes with a battery power supply that is easy to charge and doesn’t get in the way of activities. This belt provides red light therapy, heat, and vibration all in one. I find myself using it regularly which wasn’t the case with my regular red light therapy belt that required an outlet to work and didn’t come with all these extra features. My back is in love! I find this unit very easy to use. The battery pack comes off and connects via magnet, so no annoying cords to get in the way. Was able to use it for quite a while with no issues with the battery dying. It has different vibrations settings, as well as red light therapy. My back did feel more relaxed and I enjoyed this unit. Certainly worth a try if you’ve tried everything else. The heat isn’t quite as hot as I would for it to be, but that’s definitely not a deal breaker. This definitely gets into the deep tissue providing relief in the muscles. Also worth noting, is that it comes in a really nice box…well packaged presentation so it’s absolutely giftable. There was a slight learning curve for me…trying to find the perfect poison and feature combinations to provide the best relief for sciatica pain. It’s nice to not be limited to where you can use it, and not having to be tethered to an electrical cord. 👍🏻 ... show more
