To start, the customer service has been way above and beyond. I first received contact from the company 1 to 2 days after I ordered the bike. They wanted to make sure that the bike was right for me. They verified the height and weight of the rider so it was a good fit. Ya, they wanted to make sure that the bike and the rider fit well. I then received updates on the shipping and when to expect the bike. When the bike came it was so easy to put together it took about 1/2 hr to have fully ready to ride except the charge. The only issue in the assembly that I had was the connection on the front (drive) wheel to power. There are arrows that line up for this connection but they are very hard to see (for me anyway) and the connect will plug in multiple directions. I did contact the company but took another look before they could reply and notice that it was not connected right. As soon as I lined up the arrows the bike was up and running. Now for the bike. This is some of the best craftmanship on a bike I have seen in years. It is very sturdy, a little heavy but expected with the sturdy build. It runs like a dream, has great power, very easy to peddle and power assist is outstanding. I live in hilly areas and it goes up the hill like they were not even there. So far I have not ran the battery down but I do follow their instructions to top it up when ever you can. I would recommend this bike to anyone and specially those with a handicap and need 3 wheels or more. It's fun to ride with straight power but better to help get exercise and multiple levels. OH, did I mention that the customer service from the company is the best?

Seller contacted me prior to shipping to ensure the bike would be suitable. Updates were provided during shipping process. Any questions I had regarding delivery were answere promptly and bike was delivered on time. Packaged very well with thorough instructions. We were able to start riding within hour of delivery. This bike exceeds expectations. Power, speed, sturdy frame as advertised. Programmable to suit rider. My father is 77 yeats old and has not been on a bike in 20 years. I was able to easily reduce top speed until he was comfortable operating the tricycle. This. has plenty of speed and power for anybody seeking an adrenalin rush. Great safety features such as button to disengage electric motor near throttle, strong brakes, option to make lights strobe at night and programable top speed.

These sellers are a joke... purchase anything for resale and then just ignore the "warranty" ect. No need to expend a huge amount of time on this negative report of this ADDMOTOR TRIKE. It was horrible to build... it isn't stable on a road that is not perfectly level; it dips side to side and is really DANGEROUS IN TURNS. Don't expect turn stability with a trike... use a two wheel "E " bike for better turn stability... check YOUTUBE about trike safety... and then cry your eyes out because a trike is a dangerous device according to youtubers' analysis. As to ADDMOTOR... FORGET THEM DUE TO AND , IMO, ONE CAN DO 1000 TIMES BETTER TO BUY THIS SAME, WHAT APPEARS, TO BE CHINESE BIKE FROM OTHER VENDORS, THOUGH THE BIKE MAY BE THE SAME BUT THE VENDOR SERVICES COUNT A LOT FOR THIS SORT OF DEVICE . RUN FROM ADDMOTOR AND FIND THE SAME BIKE ELEWHERE; OR PURCHASE THE TRIKE HERE AND SUFFER THE SAME ISSUES OF SERVICE THAT I HAD WITH ADDMOTOR AND THE BATTERY MANUFACTURER THIS IS SUMMATION OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY YOURS MAY VARY

I must state this first, they need to reach out to you before they ship, so look out for a message from them here in your account notifications. Their communication is 100% great, after receiving the bike it was easy to put together, my brother and I who are both all thumbs did so within a few hours. to turn the bike on you must press the button on the battery and then press the power button. This is a great looking and fast bike, nice and rugged. They will walk you through the steps to bring the speed down if need be. I would highly recommend this eBike trike and from this company 100%.

I've had to revise my review a bit after the initial excitement wore off. There is a reason that a lot of customers get frustrated and have this assembled by professionals. The instructions describe assembling parts that are already assembled, and have no instructions for things that are not assembled. In addition, there was a rear fender bolt that was cross threaded at the factory. I worked as a professional motorcycle mechanic that assembled hundreds of motorcycles, so I was lucky enough to have a full set of tools, including thread taps and lots of spare hardware that made the assembly possible, whereas someone without those tools would probably need a professional. The trike runs okay, and my dad is happy with it. It really is pretty fun to ride, but I think Addmotor should do better for the price.
