I'm thoroughly pleased. The product was exactly as described. The packaging was unbelievably good. No damage at all. I will happily buy again from this vendor. That said, there were a couple of issues that buyers need to know: 1. Do NOT use the tools supplied with the product. The free tools are completely impractical for this assembly. Use your own ratchet and sockets for allen bolts and a ratchet screw driver. 2. When assembling the fire pit table, everything is OK till you try to put in the door. There was around 10 mm (3/8 inch) gap on both sides. No worries. Loosen 2 bolts on the table and hold the frames and pull together just a bit. At the same time, tighten the 2 bolts. You're sort of bending the frames just a little. It's ok. The door then can slide on the frames. 3. The glass shield on top slips easily because it is not anchored (see picture). If you have this near a pool, that is not a great idea. I would suggest putting it upside down (pictures shown) and sticking adhesive backed small rubber thingies you can get online for glass table tops. It is not a perfect solution, but will have to do. I've given feedback to the seller to provide proper anchors in their next design. 4. Check EVERY bolt to ensure the allen key fits well in the bolt. In some bolts, the allen key slot is badly manufactured and the allen key slips in it. So, check, remove defective bolts and then start assembly. All in all, a superb product. Ok so everything was delivered rather quickly and we got everything put together but realized we had no table. Im guessing we got one wrong box because things shipped separately. I contacted the company and they responded immediately and expedited a table out to me. Great service. If you have any issues at all, they will resolve it. Cushions are nice and it sits really deep. The wicker is resilient which is nice because we have kids and a dog. The firepit is beautiful and accepts a normal blue rhino grill propane tank. Everything is perfect. Great company. The patio set really changes the atmosphere of our backyard. The fireplace is truly warm on chilly evenings, and the couch is comfortable! We almost cancelled the order due to an unforeseen emergency at home, but didn’t cancel it in time. We are so happy that we ended up still getting the set. No regrets here. We Wanted a lounge place for our new pool deck. looking to save money after that major expense; we decided on this set. What an AMAZING VALUE!!!! I’m not going to tell you this was easy to put together. It took me 3 hours!! many screws did not line up at first; but the trick is to screw them in partially and tighten them little by little all around at least 4 times.. the instructions are extremely simplified and easy to follow. I am overall very happy with the finished product.. A basic and modern looking set. The cushions are thick and comfy. They dry up very fast after rain and the material is holding up just fine near the chlorine filled pool. The wicker is flawless and beautiful, the glass for the table is tinted and very strong (like fridge shelves) If you’re looking to save money, I totally recommend this set.. We received the patio furniture earlier than expected and it was super easy to put together. It is incredibly comfy and it fits our deck perfectly. We ordered the red covers and they don’t get too hot. Our patio furniture faces south so it’s exposed to the sun all day and it doesn’t get too hot for our baby to sit on it. It came with a cover for the fire pit, which was exciting because I didn’t realize it came with one. We get a lot of rain here and the water doesn’t soak into the seats. Just wipe it off with a towel and it is good to sit on. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this patio furniture! ... show more

Set was not easy to assemble by someone skilled at putting things together. It took about 4 hours to get this situated. Booklet was not helpful. The rest of the seats are missing holes to connect for a 3 piece couch as in the photo. I’m fine with the set up though. Also, as you can see, we have two left arms so clearly we are missing a piece. That said it looks nice, is sturdy and it passed the teenager comfort requirements. Will be buying a box for the cushions as reviews for when it rains aren’t favorable. No number for customer service so you’re on your own. No you tube video either. Worth it for the price as of now. It will be put away come fall or it’ll be destroyed by Mother Nature. Navy color is nice although I thought the blue would be brighter as in ad. ... show more
