The scooter arrived a week before I expected it. The only thing I can complain about is the width of the turning circle - it isn’t the best for wandering around in stores. That said, it folds up into an amazingly small space. It’s very powerful, and goes really fast when I want it to. Will need to experiment to figure out what 12 degrees is for hills. Great distance as well. It’s pretty much a spectacular scooter. Still getting used to using the braking system - most scooters just stop if you drop out of “go” mode, but this scooter uses a manual brake. IT IS HARD AS A SENIOR TO JUDGE A UTILITY VEHICLE BY IMAGES AND SPEC WRITE UP.....I HAVE LIKED AT LEAST 3 MODELS BUT THIS ONE CAME IN THE MAIL. I WILL START HERE AND IF I LIKE IT I WILL KEEP IT. I WILL TAKE A PHOTO OF IT ONCE IT IS TOGETHER AND I TAKE A TEST SPIN AROUND THE BLOCK! I AM KIND OF EXCITED AND ALREADY THINKING ABOUT A CRUISE, AMUSEMENT PARK OR AIR JET TRAVEL WITH MY WIFE. I researched for 3 months to find the right one for me and I am very pleased with this one. It is very well made, sturdy, and was very easy to get ready to ride. I am 72 and I did it all myself. My son checked it out and was pleased as well. You do have to practice common sense with it, prepare for your turns, as it doesn't have a short turning radius but it works. Don't get on places where it will lean to one side. Make sure you are going head-on over bumps, etc. Speed and power are good. I do have a couple of issues. Seat is getting stuck on and can be hard to get off at times. Light broke off because handle bar clips are plastic. Heavier than I thought bit bought it for my husband who has cancer and it helps him get around places. This was a great scooter, but I decided just not for me. While it folded up easily, you had to first take off the seat, and it was heavier than I first thought it was. My husband can easily handle it, but if I was by myself, I don't think I could have handled it. It was fast, and it had a nice range, but ultimately I decided that it was just wasn't for me. The company was a dream to work with. They accepted my return quickly, they did not provided paid shipping to return it, but that is reasonable. I will admit it was a bit of a nightmare getting it scheduled for return with Fed Ex, but we got it done. And that was not the scooter company's fault at all. I love that this scotter is fast. speed is awesome. I returned it because the turning radius is not to my liking. I had to constantly reverse in order to get a proper turning radius. The battery last long.

I recently took this on a cruise and it was amazing. It fit in the staterooms perfectly and getting around was a breeze. Folding it down and transporting was done with ease, and we had 4 transfers to go through each way. I take the basket off and then the seat and all three pieces fit in the trunk of my Camaro. That is definitely a plus considering the trunk of a Camaro is soooo small!! ... show more

I have neurological tremors, and walking gets so difficult sometimes that I rarely leave the house any more! But I got this mobility scooter and have been able to 'walk' to the local park and enjoy nature any time I want (when it's not raining).
