Love them n warm

I have had these for 2 1/2 years now, and thought I would come back and review them. Because they are inexpensive and I have managed to wear them for 2 1/2 years! This to me is really amazing. I still have all of the original set, and while they are starting to show their age, this is still great because I wear them almost everyday when it is cold - so really about 6 months out of the year! I wear them daily during winter, under dresses and skirts. I also will wear them under a long tunic. I don't like how they look when wearing them as actual leggings, and they won't work for workout type of pants. They are stretch/elastic isn't strong enough for exercising. But as a layering piece in lieu of tights they work great. And other's might find them ok for wearing as pants, but I don't think they work well that way. The material itself is a little shiny, but not overly. The fleece on the inside does help keep you warmer, but over the years it has begun to wear away a little bit. Still warmer than regular tights though. The waist band is pretty loose. I know some mentioned that they don't stay up. I don't have issues with that, but I am sitting at a desk most of the day when wearing these, so not high activity. But even walking around the office or between car and inside they don't really slip down. And the comfort is awesome because there is no tight waistband. As far as washing, I throw these into the regular wash and dryer. No special care has been used, and they STILL lasted this long. I would have been happy if I only got one season. To get three seasons was totally unexpected. I am about to buy more because I have lost a lot of weight, so they just don't fit right any longer. But I was specifically pulling up my old order because I want to get the same product. So clearly I would recommend these! Just realize that these are fashionable, so don't expect exercise quality.

You fooled me again with the size. It says 2X but when it comes it says 2X/3X. That makes them too big. They show in the picture the waist near your belly button but these pants come up to my bra and then some. These pants are for people who have very long legs. I can’t pull them up high enough and still need to roll them up. I hate them because I can make it a jumpsuit, no shirt needed- thats how far you can pull them up 😡

I had high hopes for these legging when I bought them, the reviews were great and they didn't lie, the leggings are incredibly soft and warm. But they are also long. I am 5 foot 3 inches and when I opened the package, the leggings looked great but upon holding it up to my waist I noticed that they were also to long. They dragged on the floor by at least 9 inches. But I was hopeful and tried a pair on. They were way to big on me. The fabric bunched up along the legs and around my knees. Only way to get it not to bunch would be to pull the leggings up over my bust. While these may work for some people of a taller stature, they do not work for my 5 foot 3 inch tall body. Unfortunately I am going to have to return these leggings and try again. Also the seller might want to update their sizing chart/guide. It had some really strange sizing info on it which may or may not have helped with this issue.

I ordered these for my housemate as she wanted to get some winter leggings. She is about 5' 5" and 235 #. She very reliably can wear a 2X off the rack. As with many folks carrying some extra weight, she is an apple shape. She was pleased with the feel and the fleece, but she told me after a few days that she didn't like them as they were too tight. When I checked them out, I realized that the waist band WAS WAY TOO TIGHT. I am 4' 9.5" (used to be 5' 2.5") and 160 #. Because of my height loss, I am now apple shaped also. However, I have no trouble with M - L leggings. I measured the average waist on the leggings and jeggings I wear. The average waist size un-stretched was 26 - 28". Stretched, the average waist size was 39 - 40". When I measured the 2X - 3X legging waists, un-stretched they were 27.5" (the same as my M - L), and stretched they were 39 - 41". I stretched them as hard as I could, but there was almost NO give at all. Once again, note that at most there is only an inch more room in a stretched 2X - 3X waist than my M - L leggings. For the record, mine are several different brands, not this brand. Reading other reviews, I don't see that others have commented on this, but I was very disappointed. I wish all the products that size from small to 3X have at least one picture on a 3X model. Every one of the 6 leggings in the pack are the same way. I can't wear them because the waist to crotch measurement is way too long. My housemate can't wear them because they are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The average 3X in the US is not a statuesque 6' 4" 200' woman. Having a 41" waist for the average 3X is not tummy control, it is torture.
