These zebra style motoraized smart blinds were exactly what I wanted and expected. I was very happy with the quality and production as well as price and value. Ordering was easy and they were produced in 3 business days and delivered in less 10 days. They work exactly as expected and with one multichannel remote I can control all 3 separately or in tandem. The remote allows 3 custom preset favorite positions. You can also use the remote to teach a broadlink hub the commands , and then link your broadlink hub to your Amazon or Google home devices to control your blinds with Alexa/Google Assistant etc. The manufacturer was great in responses to my questions durring setup and even helped me resolve an issue with some squeaking when first using. They needed a little bit of lubricant in one of the rollers , which was a very easy to apply thanks to the instructions they sent me. These really are lovely despite being a bit louder than expected , but no motoraized blind is going to be whisper quiet at this price point. They open and close fully in 30 seconds at 56” high , it’s short lived minor noise. I highly recommend these. The instructions for pairing the blinds with the remote and broadlink could be a little confusing if you are not technical but the functionality works great once set up.

We loved the features of this style of blind and shopped locally until realizing they were out of our budget from the big box stores. We lucked up and found this item and took a chance on ordering a custom blind online. We chose the inside the frame style and measured accordingly. The dimensions were verified through the factory prior to making them. They blinds arrived quicker than expected and we were super excited. We are also super busy so it was ten days before we had the time to open the box and mount. The mounts were super simple and high quality but our frames were a bit wonky. We have a mid 70's ranch with original windows. The blinds roll down from the rear of the roller (1.25" diameter). When reaching the midway point they hit the lower window jamb and continued to the bottom of the window. In it's fully extended position it appeared to bow out at the mid way point. It looked peculiar so we reached out to the factory and they helped find a solution. We were given several options and they always responded to correspondence within 24 hours. My issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner and we are grateful. I would suggest to anyone considering this item for purchase to use an outside the window frame mount. It looks lovely and works great.

Love 'em!! Work great. Look good. Blackout effect nice and dark even on our East window that gets full sunlight. Easy to install but inside mount can be a challenge (don't set to far back). 1 remote with battery B can control up to 6 blinds. Had to figure out a different mouting for the Solar panel (double sided tape). Overall very happy with this product!

EDIT: seller reached back out within 10 minutes and did a video call and walked me through fixing the issues. Changed to 4 stars for being so responsive. Love the blackout with a white fabric. I did not want a dark shade. Few things I do not like. First and foremost, there was zero instructions for the solar panel on how to install. Nothing! It came with these silly brackets that dont stay where they should and a long strip of double sided adhesive. Adhesive will not work because there is no backside to the blind valance - no where to stick it. Can't put it on the front of the solar panel - block the sun and then it would look terrible from the outside. Had to McGyver my way through that.The stupid silly brackets are too long and you can see the solar panel when the blinds are open. I will eventually figure out a way to eliminate that, but for now it will stay and look dumb. Now let's talk about the remotes. The remote I received looks NOTHING like the instruction manual, so trying to follow along on the instructions is a bit challenging. Got one window done with the upper and lower limits set. The third setting - forget it. Have no clue. On the other two windows that are side by side in one room, messing with the stupid remote, now they both operate completly backwards. The up button sends the blind down and vice versa. Have reset to Factory settings on the remote 5 times. It does not fix the problem. Will try to find some kind of support on how to reset everything and start over. 4 hours later of messing with it. Three stars because it looks nice. One star on the lack of instructions and/or instructions not matching what I was sent.

I highly recommend these blinds and this company! While I believe the Amazon description could be more informative, the company reached out to me as soon as I placed the order and cleared up the details. In addition to that, I explained exactly what I wanted to do, and they came up with a better solution. Once I received the blinds, they were again available to answer questions (the instructions were a little lacking.) Installation, apart from my custom wiring, took about 15 minutes…very easy and simple. These are really cool blinds, and I’m very happy with them. They fit perfectly and work perfectly.

I had one problem with the shade because it was delivered with a remote that wasn't the one above. It took me awhile and a note to the seller to sort it out but once we did, it is great! Note to seller: Make it easier on the customer and make sure the remote and how to pair are clear. It really took longer to install than it should only because the directions for pairing were not clear.... great product though......

It’s unbelievably hot in my room and I can’t get my blinds to open. I have followed the instructions of holding down the button on the blinds, it causes them to jog. I have followed the instructions to then hold down the left power button, this also causes a jog. But the blinds still don’t respond to any other remote buttons. I am having the worst experience this product can offer unfortunately, not receiving convenience but being blocked from ordinary features that were easy with my previous blinds.

I never EVER leave comments but these people deserve a 5 star review. I’m so glad that I chose this option over competitors/other “blind” sites… I’ve purchased from popular sites in the past but I wanted to overhaul my house and well… budget. Not going to lie, I thought this could be a disaster but it ended up being a great decision. I saved money (yay), they deliver a quick turn around (2 weeks) and the sizing was PERFECT. Overall, the installation process was impressively simple. The level of detail was a pleasant surprise and my whole family is obsessed with how “fancy” they look. Our shades (10) came labeled for each room, the remotes matched the shade labels and they even pre programmed the remotes so all we had to do was install them and boom, done! Total install took us about 1.5 hours for 10 windows!! Awesome job to this company, we will be ordering more!
