To start, we ordered these online through Amazon, site unseen, and had concerns whether we did the right thing versus hiring a local Blind Co to handle measurements, ordering and installation. The Blinds arrive much quicker than we expected, installation was a breeze and the quality was over the top good. I did have a programming challenge (user error) with one on my remotes and contacted the factory via Amazon Customer Support. Received a video call from the manufature within a couple hours, walked me through step-by-step to re-program and now everything works great. We were so please, we just order 3 more. We loved the features of this style of blind and shopped locally until realizing they were out of our budget from the big box stores. We lucked up and found this item and took a chance on ordering a custom blind online. We chose the inside the frame style and measured accordingly. The dimensions were verified through the factory prior to making them. They blinds arrived quicker than expected and we were super excited. We are also super busy so it was ten days before we had the time to open the box and mount. The mounts were super simple and high quality but our frames were a bit wonky. We have a mid 70's ranch with original windows. The blinds roll down from the rear of the roller (1.25" diameter). When reaching the midway point they hit the lower window jamb and continued to the bottom of the window. In it's fully extended position it appeared to bow out at the mid way point. It looked peculiar so we reached out to the factory and they helped find a solution. We were given several options and they always responded to correspondence within 24 hours. My issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner and we are grateful. I would suggest to anyone considering this item for purchase to use an outside the window frame mount. It looks lovely and works great.

The media could not be loaded. I highly recommend these blinds and this company! While I believe the Amazon description could be more informative, the company reached out to me as soon as I placed the order and cleared up the details. In addition to that, I explained exactly what I wanted to do, and they came up with a better solution. Once I received the blinds, they were again available to answer questions (the instructions were a little lacking.) Installation, apart from my custom wiring, took about 15 minutes…very easy and simple. These are really cool blinds, and I’m very happy with them. They fit perfectly and work perfectly.

OMG. A bit pricey. However, the high quality, functionality & appearance of these shades can’t be beat. I will definitely be ordering 7 more of these blinds. They change the whole look of the room. I agree with other reviewers about this product. The fabric and hardware seem good, as does the single remote. The problem is with the instructions. I think I have a fix. For the inside mount, the middle of the screw hole closest to the back angle should be set back to 3" exactly for the blinds to fit I measured the 3" back from the window opening, placed a mark on the top of the window opening and then used blue tape to get a straight line. I made some pilot holes at the edge of the blue tape where I wanted to place the bracket, then lined up another screw hole and placed another pilot hole. The alignment was perfect and after installing the screws and brackets, it became a fairly easy job, if you like going up and down ladders, again and again... This is my 5th install of a zebra and they do get easier. This is the first time i used the tape trick.

I purchased five blinds, two the first order and three the second order. They all came earlier than expected and was very easy to hang. Let’s go back to ordering. The blinds are made to order. You get exactly the measurements you send. The color is perfect, turquoise. Programming them to the remote was also easy. I have all on individual channels then all on one channel. This will allow me to open one at a time or all at once. If you get stuck, do not get frustrated. I contacted the seller through Amazon because one of them kept rolling backwards and they immediately responded with the solution that worked. After hanging the ones that came with the second order, I noticed a loud squeaky noise when I opened and closed them. I contacted the seller again. They immediately responded with the solution and a video to show me what to do. It solved the problem and now I have five perfect remote blinds. I love them. I would highly recommend, I make no guarantees, purchasing them from this company if not for the great customer service alone. I will eventually put them in every window, 15 windows to go.
