The blinds are well made aluminum blinds. The mechanism works for lowering and raising the blinds with ease. The wand works for adjusting the angle of the slats. This is everything you would expect. But what’s most impressive is the service and super fast shipping (shipped from China). Prior to fulfilling the order the seller reached out to me to confirm the measurements. Since I measured my window several times before I placed the order, I was absolutely sure about the measurements. The customize section for ordering the blinds asked for dimensions and indicated they would deduct 1/8 " from width measurement. I gave the measurements for 2 different blinds 29" Wx64" D and 46 1/2" W x 40" D. I received the blinds and tried to install them. The top part was able to be squeezed in, but the actual blinds didn't fit. the 29" was a smidge wider than 29" instead of 28 7/8". The 46 1/2" was 46 5/8". I really do like the idea of the no tools, but it is way too much effort and cost to deal with long distance failures so I am going back to local store ordering. When things get screwed up there I deal directly with a local sales rep to make sure they fix any problems.

I was a bit skeptical when ordering these blinds for five windows in my sunroom, since I had to send the exact measurements and wasn't sure they would turn out right. But the blinds came sooner than expected, were in perfect condition, and fit my windows perfectly! They were super easy to put up and look great!

The media could not be loaded. Item came quickly and was exactly as described. Came missing one of the grip pads that help it stay in place. I contacted seller and they responded quickly. They sent me a replacement pad and a few extra just in case. Blind went up quickly and was so easy to install. It works perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and seller was awesome. Would buy again!

Awful. Measurements of my window was correct but these blinds did not fit. I asked for a refund but would have to pay to send to China . Now the shipping to receive was free but will cost more than the blinds to return. Not good business model. Buyer Beware. Will stick to made in the USA.
