Color: Retro Brown Tg Leather
Handsome addition to our custom built office. Seat and back are very comfortable. My husband didn't like the hard wood armrest so I had to add a padded cover to his chair. Make sure you really like them before purchasing, we were going to return due to the arm rest issue and the seller wanted to charge us $235 to return; a restocking fee of $169.69 plus shipping of $66. Very unhappy with the seller policies but the chair is very nice.

Loud Noise, Breaks Fast, Not worth $350
Color: Retro Brown Tg Leather
Looks nice, poor quality. Used for 1 year, started creaking really loudly, now falling apart. Seat tilts down, I am always sliding down the seat. Pending replacement or refund, but other reviews indicate similar issues.

Beautiful
Color: Retro Brown Tg Leather
I am not sure why so many negative reviews. The chair is BEAUTIFUL, if a bit darker than I thought it would be. If you think you are getting something tan, which the picture seemed to show, you are not, as it is definitely a brown. But gorgeous. And it smells so good! Adjusted to tilt mechanism to what I wanted with no problems, no noise, etc. Love it. It was a present for my husband, but now I may have to splurge and get myself one!

Chairs will not hold up to any use
Color: Retro Brown Tg Leather
While the leather is good and style is good, these chairs will not hold up to everyday use. Out of the four chairs I purchased October of 2019, one chair has lost the charge in the lift cylinder and another has become loose where the seat meets the post and wobbles. At $350.00 each you would expect a better product. Acme tells me they can't even sell me replacement parts because I purchased the chairs over one year ago.

Not as pictured.
Color: Retro Brown Tg Leather
I purchased 3 chairs for my office. None matched, 3 different heights and leather textures was not the symmetrical look desired. Two were close enough to utilize, the third had to be taken home as the vendor would not respond to my return request except for clarification on why I wanted to return the item. I was willing to pay a bit more for quality and the peace of mind know I could return the items if not satisfied. Only after my purchase did I realize shipping and a restocking fee are my responsibility and could not be returned if already assembled. Use caution. I added a photo of the chair we could not use in the office as an example of the variations of texture.

Three Stars

Not super impressed. Kind of leans forward. Looks nice enough but probably wouldn't buy another.

Good looking chair but it's poorly made
Color: Antique Slate Tg Leather
The chair legs eventually loosen upd and rocks. I'm trying to get in contact with manufacturer. It looks high-end, but it's cheaply made. The screws in the back of the chair that attach the armrests keep falling out. Also it doesn't raise and lower very easily and the range is limited. It seems like it should go up higher but it doesn't.
