Has the safety features required by Wheelchair manufactures. The first charger of this model came with my wheelchair. It is very quiet, and causes very little electronic/radio interference. Silence is important when charging at night and trying to sleep. It is the only charger I see on Amazon that disables the mobility of the wheelchair when charging. This is a very important feature.
