bi lateral leg neuropathy is why I started this one week ago on an empty stomach I honestly felt a buzz the first time not sure the correct dose for me yet . No bad side effects two in the early am & one an hour before dinner = 1500 mg looking ahead 3 months for a positive result although I do feel a lift now .
