    • The Dreaded Black Screen
The Acer Chromebook Plus was fine for a couple of months and then it went to a black screen with an occasional blinking admonition that it was updating and don't shut it down. You couldn't shut it down if you wanted to. Suggested remedies from AI didn't work. Finally had to consult with tech support. Pushing a somewhat complicated series of keys got it back up. It was wiped clean but all my info was stored and rebooted. Tech suppport said this problem due for a fix 'next Monday'. Kind of a major hicup (more like a burp) but it seems fine now. ... show more

    • Great computer for older people who need a larger screen.
So far this computer meets the needs we have. It is basically used for email and web browsing. It loads pretty fast, and supports having several windows at a time. Highly recommend for those who primarily use a computer for lightweight browsing and email.

I don't know what to say, it reach me from very very far and when it reach to me I cannot use it for two days. The display has gone. now I have to change the display by giving 150+ USD.

    • I paid for new. It wasn't new.
My Chromebook arrived intact, however it looks as though someone else may have owned it. There were fingerprints on the display, and the warranty packet was opened previously. I am a little unhappy about this.
