Read the whole thing as there are pros and cons. (Updated to 5 🌟's since the customer service is incredible) Cons- Not sure what happened with the PC. I bought it July 3rd, 2025 and last week on January 15th 2026, the computer completely shut off. I've tested the power supply and it is 100% functional, I also purchased a new power supply just in case. Still nothing. Originally I thought my power supply was failing as at random while using the computer, my monitor screen would go black, and the power from the USB ports would shut off then come right back. But alas, it looks like my PC is cooked. I'll be purchasing a second one from this company to reference what components failed. I haven't opened my current mini PC from them to inspect the board. Only other issue I've seen is sometimes the bluetooth driver has to be reinstalled occasionally. Pros- these PCs do kick some serious butt. Don't expect to be running your whole game library at 4k and 120fps. This pc ran every game in my steam library, except for two, with minimal graphics adjustments. It's incredibly quick, and it worked great while it worked. The case is quite nice and it's pretty much silent while running. Pretty good value for money even with the issues I've had, and I'll be fixing the problem my self. ... show more

Fantastic computer works great for every day use and light gaming. I have 2 monitors on it with 7 port USB with 3- 2TB external storage drives on it.Had it about a year now and still going strong.

***Update*** Windows update started working again after using Windows OS repair function. Customer support did eventually contact me due to Amazon review. Kindly offered an extended warranty. Since it's working again, I'm satisfied with the purchase. ---- Worked great for two months. Fast. Small. Inexpensive. But then windows updates stopped working - can't install windows updates. Spent a couple hours with Microsoft support who now says there is a driver and/or BIOS problem caused by the manufacturer. Very limited support available from Acemagic. I couldn't believe how fast this mini PC is AND it is a lot cheaper than buy a laptop or desktop with the same specificatins. What a game changer for me. I highly recomment this if you already have a monitor, keypboard and mouse.

    • Looked great on paper - Failed within 90 days
I purchased this mini-PC to handle daily video editing and streaming for my YouTube channel. At first it seemed fast and responsive, but within just 90 days the system failed completely. Even with proper ventilation and light dusting, it often overheated and couldn’t handle sustained workloads like OBS or CapCut without throttling or shutting down. I take very good care of my electronics, so this was extremely disappointing. The hardware itself feels under-engineered for real creative use — fine for office tasks, but not built for long-term reliability. The protection plan process with Asurion took almost a full month (claim opened 9/12, resolved 10/8) before a replacement credit was issued. During that time I had no desktop computer at all. If you plan to use this for consistent work such as editing, streaming, or multitasking, I recommend looking at sturdier mini-PCs like the GMKtec or Beelink Ryzen models instead. ... show more

It's working great - very pleased. I use it for Batocera/Kodi with two usb wireless controllers, an external drive, wireless keyboard and mouse. Plenty of ports on this one and the speed has been more than enough for all the retro+ gaming I need.

This thing is a powerhouse. I got it to run steam games on my living room TV, and it does a great job. Not to mention it's tiny and silent lol. Hell, it's small enough that i packed it in carry-on so I could play steam in the hotel on a recent trip. I did have an issue at the beginning with the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not working. I reached out to tech support, they were emailing me back and helping me get everything working again. Product is grade A, tech support is grade A. The box it comes in and i have venom holding it up because it needs more air going in... It Runs really really good,but it shuts down when it over heats,which is not a bad thing but when playing actual games it tends to do that like crazy. Super light games like very lightly modded minecraft run perfect but more games like metal gear V:TPP (which isnt too demanding) and red dead redemption 2 (which is very demanding) do tend to push it over the edge a bit. Its super quiet,simple to set up,and compact so you could use it virtually anywhere i would recommend buying it as a gift for someone if they like more lightweight and less graphically demanding games much like lethal company or emulators. The shell is a hard plastic so it shouldnt mess up like crazy if it bumps into somthing or drops, and i got no compaints on its wifi connection. ... show more
