I do not even know where to begin with this company and system. I am an owner of a single convenience store and have used POS 1st Pay and also Clover Systems. I feel as though as a business owner the focus is not on the system/software but on the sales pitch for the Merchant these companies want to coerce you into using. THIS company is certainly NOT about all that. I read every single review and was still prepared for a sales pitch. What I received was some of the best customer service I have ever had. I explained what I needed, "Jon" assisted me to navigate thru the app and how to use it. I was worried that again I would be stuck uploading all of my inventory, instead within 24 hours this company had all of my inventory uploaded, I had an ipad working as a cash register, and within 48 hours of initial phone call this equipment came and I had my all in one set back in business. My staff LOVE the ease of the program and it was by far the smoothest. I honestly think this can be attributed to their beyond fast customer service. I have NEVER had to wait on hold, leave a message, or not receive a text back. I had my own credit card processor with what I feel are good rates, I received one from their card processor and if this company can match or beat my current card processor I am switching. I have even mentioned to the company that I would gladly speak to anyone who is skeptical. This is the real deal and a super price!

ATTENTION!!! After shopping many, many systems, and even downloading other’s software on a trial basis, we decided on the Datio POS. Not only was it relatively inexpensive compared to others, but the simplicity of the system made it very attractive – anyone can use this system! All this being said, our biggest (& best) surprise was the product development, we had no idea we would be getting with Datio! We deal directly with the owner of the company, and his program design team, to customize the software to accommodate our needs – It’s amazing that we can get this level of customer service!!! My wife and I re-opened a 140 year old general store, which houses dozens of antique vendors, and the Datio team customized the software to accommodate our needs. With these changes, I can foresee Datio POS becoming a dominant POS in the antiquing industry. They were the first system that I could find to offer a cloud-based POS, iPad-based system that accommodates the antiquing & Consignment industries. THANKS DATIO!

**NOW GOING ON 2 YEARS OF AVOIDING ME** I bought several units of DatioPOS under the assumption it could work for my high volume restaurant and bar. It literally and I am not being dramatic broke down 10-20 a night. The best part was their engineer had done some special programming for our restaurant to show specialized sales reports and the reports were not accurate so we ended up literally losing thousands of dollars. After speaking with the ''owners'' they promised me they would make it right. They DID NOTHING and have avoided me for a year. I am actually working with our company attorney now and will be filing a lawsuit against them for losses. BEWARE this is the WORST POS system I have ever used in 20+ years in the business. I legit think they make them in a garage. DONT BE FOOLED. I have 4 units literally sitting in storage collecting dust!

I researched every system and read every review on every system. I wanted to take my time evaluating but always came back to the Datio POS system not only because of all the raving reviews but what the system could offer me and my business, i.e. tracking inventory, reports, cost of goods, etc. I am so glad I chose this system - the set-up was a breeze, the tech that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable. I own a retail store and have a huge inventory of product, It was so easy to add all my product, create item numbers/sku’s or add item barcodes in if I wish to scan product. I love the fact that I’m now adding a restaurant to my retail store and the Datio system will accommodate that side of the business as well. I have been using my Datio POS system for a year now and still love it....have had zero issues. Also it’s nice looking. I am definitely the envy of all the business owners in my community. Do yourself a favor, it’s hard enough to own a business so why worry about your POS system...you will not regret it!

Easy to use, with lots of functions. I enjoy the inventory tracker which makes tax preparation so much easier. I enjoy all extras like profit tracking and so much more. I am on my fourth year using the Datio POS system. It takes the stress of bookkeeping off my shoulders.

We are happy with our Datio cash register. It is easy to use and we have the ability to track our sales by category, and also track consignment purchases by item number. Customers are impressed when we touch the microphone and state a description for the item they buy that then shows up on the receipt.

I have had this system for 8 years and really love the simplicity of it and ease of using it. My employees learn the system fast so training is minimal. I would highly recommend it and you get a real person to talk with!!!!

Just an update after nearly a year with my DATIO POS...I am still 100% satisfied and impressed with the customer support from Datio POS! I've had to make a few calls to get acquainted with our new POS (we've been using a dinosaur cash register for 11 years) and the team at Datio POS has made this transition seamless. Every time, literally every time I've called in, I've spoken with a qualified and helpful representative. John, specifically, has made this purchase well worth the time and investment to make the transition from cash register to a POS system. I do recommend the Datio POS system to any business needing one or wanting to upgrade. There are NO hidden fees or surprises, just performance & reliability.
