After going through a couple of wobbly chairs from other brands, this one is a relief. The solid wood frame makes it feel incredibly stable – no more feeling like you're going to tip over! The cushion has great support for your back and doesn't flatten out after sitting for a while. It's also the perfect height. I was worried about a weird chemical smell, but the arms honestly have no odor at all. For the price, it's a fantastic value. It looks great in our reading nook and feels built to last. Steps are in wrong order. Try 2, 3, 1, 4 instead of 1 2 3 4. Otherwise it does not line up ( see pictures). I almost tetur ed until I figured that out. Chairs sturdy and nice looking. Just was a hassle until I improvised. I’ve assembled dozens of furniture over past 30 years.

If you’re considering these chairs, you’re probably looking for something affordable that still looks nice in your home; and this chair delivers on that. Here’s my full breakdown: Color: I ordered the Beige and Walnut option. The beige is exactly what I hoped for: a soft, light cream tone that matches the photos. The walnut wood is darker than expected, but still attractive overall. Assembly: Assembly isn’t too difficult, but you’ll need to wrestle it a bit to get the screw holes to line up. Once everything’s tightened, though, the chair feels sturdy and secure- no wobbling or fear of falling. Quality: The materials do feel somewhat inexpensive, and the fabric shed a bit at first. The “wood” appears to be painted rather than stained, and the finish can scratch or chip easily. Still, for the price, it holds up well and looks nice from a distance. Comfort: The backrest is fairly upright, so it’s not a lounging chair, but the included pillow helps a lot. The seat cushion itself is surprisingly comfortable for occasional use. Size: We were initially worried the chairs would feel too small for our apartment, but they actually fit the space really well.
