  • Innovative EC motor with PWM control maximizes airflow while reducing energy consumption and noise level.

Description

Product Description A shutter exhaust fan designed to exchange air in large spaces, improving ventilation in workspaces like warehouses, greenhouses, garages, and workshops. By installing this exhaust fan, you can refresh your workspace and regulate heat, moisture, and odor levels to improve comfort. It is run by a PWM-controlled EC motor that is energy-efficient while enabling precise fan speed control to generate your ideal ventilation level. This control is powered by a speed controller that enables up to 10 fan speed levels. Its heavy-duty build features aluminum fan blades, steel wire guards, and lightweight steel shutters. This product is a part of the UIS platform of grow devices and smart controllers, designed to integrate with each other to achieve your ideal environment. Precision Fan Speed Control This shutter fan includes a speed controller that enables you to set its speed to optimize noise and airflow levels in various environments. The fan speed control is supported by its EC motor that is precisely controlled using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), which enables it to run smoothly at extremely low RPM speeds without generating motor noise. Ten-speed options are available with a power switch and backup memory. Heavy-Duty Performance Features steel shutters that are weather and corrosion-resistant, automatically closing when not in use to prevent dust, debris, and moisture from entering your space. The blades and impeller are constructed of lightweight aluminum, weight-balanced to reduce vibrations. Utilizing an innovative EC motor that is controlled electronically using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), the fans can maximize airflow while reducing noise and power consumption. The fully enclosed motor is also permanently lubricated and houses dual-ball bearings that are rated at 67,000 hours. The unit is IP-44 rated to be highly resistant to dust and liquids and performs well even in harsh environments. A high-airflow exhaust fan designed to ventilate heat, moisture, odor, and dust from greenhouses, garages, attics, workshops, and sheds. The new AIRLIFT series contains a cutting-edge Electronically Commutated (EC) motor, controlled using precise electronic pulses and smart programming. This enables the exhaust fan to increase its speed to boost airflow at a lower noise level. The EC motor is also twice as energy efficient as AC-motors and can save up to 40% in energy costs, paying for itself in the long run. S-series models include a 10-level fan speed controller featuring a power switch and backup memory, enabling precise airflow control. Each system utilizes a EC-motor that is controlled using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), which has a higher performance and energy efficiency. Features steel shutters, rear grille, and aluminum impeller. Rated IP-44 to be dust and water resistant for various weather conditions. Complete kit includes the fan unit, user manual, corded sensor probe, and everything needed to mount the system and power it through an outlet. Very simple yet innovative system for automating the flow of air for temperature and humidity control, remote sensing and monitoring in a durably constructed solution. Takes a lot of effort out of having to manually inspect conditions and absolutely confidant these will last for many many years. Firmware updates are simple, not nail-biters and no worries about any aspects of the units failing. Spoiled chickens for sure. ... show more

    • Highest Recommendation for the Unit & Service
Style: 12-Inch, Smart Controller
Can’t say enough about both the Product and the customer service I received from AC Infinity. I bought this the summer of 2021 and installed it in our attic with the controller wall mounted below in a bedroom. I should have done it years ago! The difference in (especially nighttime) home cooling was dramatic! Without this powered ventilation, heat would radiate downward from the hot attic all night making sleeping difficult. Now, soon after the sun is down the digital readout from the attic sensor shows how quickly all that heat is exhausted and we can definitely tell the difference with cooler home temps. Then, this spring when I went to turn it back on, I couldn’t get the controller to come alive. An email discussion with the mfr AC Infinity followed, with them sending an entire replacement unit after we couldn’t fix it with troubleshooting. And they shipped it right away. When detaching the old controller, I noticed that the 4-pin molex connector had been turned around and plugged in backwards! After reversing, it all came back alive. So the product wasn’t even defective in the first place! Since we AirB our place occasionally, I’ve deduced that likely a guest did the swap thing one day when the high temp alarm was beeping and didn’t say anything to us. Fortunately, the alarm feature can be programmed “off”. So I learned my lesson to not use the alarm feature with guests. Good product, comes with all the wiring, fasteners, etc and well-written instructions. And is backed with responsive customer service that responded and acted quickly. Very rare these days. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Great fan
Style: 12-Inch, Speed Controller
Purchased this to help exhaust when I use my airbrush. I am pleasantly impressed with the product. Only downside is once it's on I have to click through all the speeds to reset it, it doesn't have the option to go down speeds, you'll have to cycle through each one.

I installed this in my house for hot days. It was easy to install, the fan is very effective at drawing the hot air out, and the bluetooth app is intuitive to use. I'm very pleased with this.

    • Wow. I am super impressed. And I have it working with Alexa.

Review Image by Mark W Mumma Mark W Mumma
The media could not be loaded. We bought a 10x12 shed for our backyard earlier this year. I plan on storing electronics (inventory) for my business in it so I wanted to keep it as cool as possible during the summer months. My favorite feature is the memory function. When the fan is unplugged and then plugged back in, it "remembers" the speed setting. I combined this with a smart outlet and an Amazon Echo device with a temperature sensor and created an Alexa routine so when the shed temp exceeds 85° F, the outlet is powered on and the fan resumes the same speed it was before being powered off. When the temp drops to below 85°, the fan power is cut off and the fan stops. I had to reframe the vent hole, but it works awesome and is SUPER QUIET. I could have spent more for the thermostatically controlled unit, but I already had a spare Echo and smart plugs laying around so I opted for the less expensive unit. I'd buy one again in a heartbeat should I ever need another exhaust fan. ... show more

    • Easy to install and use via app
Style: 12-Inch, Smart Controller
Installed in my detached garage to help with humidity and stale air in the summer. Have had it installed one day and it's already doing the trick. The air smells much fresher and it's only been running on level 2/3. Level 7-10 does get a little loud, but moves a ton of air if you need it too. Comes with everything you could need to install except a cutting tool and the caulk obviously. Figuring out how to cut the whole was the hardest part of installing. Was about a two beer job getting it installed from start to finish. The fan itself is very easy to use and seems to just run on level 5 if you don't connect anything else. The app does take a little getting used to. Can be controlled via Bluetooth or WiFi and it remembers your settings when power is disconnected which is nice. Found it much easier to control via the app than with the controller unit. It's a little too easy to click on the wrong setting/button for me. Thought it is a nice display to get the status quickly without pulling out your phone. I am using WiFi to control mine and it is very quick to respond to settings changes made in the app. Which will be good for making adjustments without having to be in the garage. Overall very happy with my purchase. My only wish for it is to easily integrate it with my Home Assistant over WiFi. Maybe in the future the manufacturer could officially support this. ... show more

    • Very quiet, easy to install, remote control
Style: 12-Inch, Smart Controller
Review Image by Mariusz Murawski Mariusz Murawski
I installed it in my garage, where there had been literally no air movement whatsoever. I cut holes in the garage gate and added grills for air intake, and then cut a hole in the opposite wall to install the exhaust fan. I would suggest using the washers (see attached picture), as well as butyl glue where the fan meets the edge of the hole in the wall. Butyl will seal the connection, and help reduce transferring potential vibrations onto the wall. The fan is easy to program and provides all features I needed: high temp trigger, and high humidity trigger. It also includes low temp and humidity thresholds, but I don't need those. It's quiet. When it runs on speeds 1-5 out of 10, you wouldn't say there's a fan working there. I strongly recommend. ... show more
